  1. I have a slightly different problem. On my quest. I stormed through the Civil War right out the gate and finished the Civil War quests right away. After the smoke cleared I did the Urgan Windcaller quest. I found the note in ustengrav read it there, and when I went to Delphine in Riverwood, she just only offers the regular room to me, I did these so far: 1) paid her then try to tell her I want the attic room instead. Just the regular room option only on her 2) revert to a save in windcallers tomb after reading the note, Same outcome. Only regular room option 3) same as 2 but used coc riverwood in the console. Only regular room option still 4) kill and resurrect her. same outcome 5) disable and enable, still nothing 6) went in the room on the left and slept for 24 hours, woke up and waited. Same outcome. no option for attic room 7) Verify integrity of game cashe in steam, not files where found. Same thing, no attic room option 8) Tried advancing the quest to when Delphine gives me the horn with the setstage command. Went to arngeir and he has nothing new to say to me. So I think I tried everything I could, and still no attic room option. Come to think of it when I read the note, I could've sworn the quest a Blade in the Dark pops up, and that never happened. So I am fresh out of Ideas right now.
  2. Same for me too. I am guessing it might have to do with mods that might be installed. Although I have the slightest idea how to fix it.
  3. In response to post #31805360. #31963125, #32024305, #32028250, #32063355, #32078425, #32158540, #32261490, #32276445 are all replies on the same post. You are correct sir. Even the game Lore says Garalts silver sword is silver plated, not pure silver. Zultan Chivay knows, he says it in game.
  4. Same here NVSE just doesn't want to work correct for me. TTW expansion. I have a lot of experience in downloading mods manually. I know for a fact I installed NVSE correct, I even installed a NVSE extender. Since some of my mods require NVSE 4 and NVSE Extender 15. When my game loads I get these errors: Can not find NVSE 4 and NVSE Extender v15 game is shutting down. In the load menu I hit tilde, and in the console I type: GetNVSEversion, and 4 shows up. Right there it tells me I HAVE 4 installed but I still get this error. It IS in the right spot otherwise I'd get an error in the console instead of the version number. I am not sure if my game sees 1_4 .dll's. instead of 4.5 .dll's. The 4.5 is silverlock but in the folders are 1_4. So that can't be it, In silverlock the latest stable version shows: 4.5 and there is a beta version 4.6b 1 as well, but in the .rar folder from silverlock are the 1_4's. See for yourselves: http://nvse.silverlock.org when downloaded MANUALLY you get: nvse_1_4.dll's nvse_editor_1_4 and other files which go in your Steam/Steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas folder which I did do and still the error shows up and shuts my game down. I have noo idea what is going on. If my mods require NVSE and 95% of them do and I am told by the console I have the correct version, then this error should not be there in the first place. But there it is.
  5. Thanks but it did not work. I did the exact order of what you posted, and I ran my FNVEdit tool. The tool found no errors but the game still crashed, right before I get to the load/continue/new game window Still doesn't explain why I keep getting those incompatible errors in BOSS I posted in my first post
  6. Lately I been having problems with Project Nevada \ McM \ DarnifiedUI \ oHud and uHud. Before anybody types anything YES I watched Gophers video and did step by step as he was. I got 2 monitors so this made it easier to follow Gopher. At first Project Nevada was not displaying all the McM's with DarnifiedUI, oHud, and uHud when they where installed, the game worked but the only McM's I had was the one for Project Nevada only, with all the other huds installed. So I figured let me go back to Gophers videos and start from scratch on installing Project Nevada and all the huds and follow along as he is installing. I did follow gophers videos step by step, and all of a sudden I crashed to desktop right before the play menu shows in game. So I figured, probably a load order problem, I will run BOSS. and what I got was this under Recognised Plugins I got these beauties: Project Nevada - Dead Money.esp ActiveIncompatible with: Project Nevada - Dead Money + Honest Heart Patch.esp and Project Nevada - Dead Money SF + Honest Hearts Patch.esp Project Nevada - Honest Hearts.esp ActiveIncompatible with: Project Nevada - Dead Money + Honest Heart Patch.esp and Project Nevada - Dead Money SF + Honest Hearts Patch.esp Project Nevada - Old World Blues (No Cyberware).esp ActiveNote: Choose only one of Project Nevada - Old World Blues.esp and Project Nevada - Old World Blues (No Cyberware).esp, not both Not sure why I even see incompatible issues when I have ALL DLC's and Project Nevada DLC Patches installed? So I figured maybe I got some .esp's and .esm's messed up. I will run FNVEdit v3.0.31 (Now I am not sure if there is a difference in versions based on WHAT orginizer you are using. IE NMM or FOMM) I use FOMM v0.14.9.3. over NMM just for my fallout games I ran my FNVEdit tool and it completed. with no Errors, so I figured I was golden, everything should work now. To no avail I still crashed to Desktop right before I get to the Play Spalsh Screen. So I am not sure why I CTD, maybe because BOSS found something that the FNVEdit did not pick up, so I dunno how to fix it WITHOUT Re-insalling the whole FNV and DLC's again.
  7. Ok I re-installed PN, PNxEO Scripts Fixes, MCM, oHUD, and uHUD. The, "Please Deactivate in place of the PN - all DLC patch warning." is gone. Now my male changed to default male setting. The mods listed above are the only ones I deactivated so not sure how my actor changed. I ran BOSS a few times, and my male actor is still set as the default male. Also, I still do not have a oHUD, and uHUD settings in the McM Project Nevada menu showing, when they shoud be there. I tired the order you posted at first: " install Project Nevada - DLC Support, Project Nevada - Extra Options - PNxEO Script Fixes - MCM - oHUD - uHUD" and I can not activate the PN DLC Support, with out having Project Nevada activated first so I did this: installed Project Nevada first, then Project Nevada - DLC Support Extra Options - PNxEO Script Fixes - MCM - oHUD - uHUD as you see I just switched Project Nevada with Project Nevada DLC support Extra Options. The rest I loaded in the order of your posted.

Old topic is Old Maybe I will get lucky to find answers for Project Nevada for FNV: First things first: (since Google Failed) I came across some unique mods on a different site that is not Nexus. So I was intrigued to test such mods. I had NMM and Project Nevada worked fine. But this site required to use FOMM instead of NMM (not sure why) So I uninstalled all my FNV mods off NMM, Installed FOMM, then re-downloaded all my regular mods into FOMM, Project Nevada being one of my essencial mods. Here are a few mods I use in relation to Project Nevada. I tripled checked my files in all sorts of ways to make sure there was no essence of any FNV mods nor any traces of NMM for my FNV mods before I installed FOMM. McM Project Nevada oHud (gophers new one hud project) uHud (unified hud project. gophers way of bringing all huds togeather) Project Nevada DLC Support PNxEO MCMScripts Fixes.esp When I load the game up I get a pop up stating: You are running at least 1 of Project Nevada DLC patches Please deactivate in place of the Project Nevada - All DLC Patch. No clue what this means. Never seen it before. I DO NOT HAVE EVE, WME, and WMX installed so I only needed the Project Nevada - DLC Support 1_3 under this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42363/? Now when I go in game and enter the mod config menu oHud, and uHud are not in the menu list in Project Nevada when it should be, relating to when I was using NMM. When I open the Equipment tree in Project Nevada I get 404 Error file not found in equipment menu I'm at wits end right now.

The problem is, (although Gopher has a video going from NMM to FOMM) you will still get this error when just running FOMM for the first time and not ever using NMM for Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas. The error can be bypassed, " persay" just don't log into username and password window. Just click cancel when the window shows up, and this will open your Package Manager. However after you install a mod the error will still pop up and FOMM will shut down automaticly Do above again and you will see your mod in the Package Manager this time. Activate the mod, and there you go. It still works, you just have to reopen FOMM for each mod you install. I just think Nexus just wants to push their NMM, as the "only mod tool" to use. Can you blame them? I went through the above process on several mods, and when I went in game my mods where working.
  10. Seriously am I the only person out there that has this VERY ANNOYING BUG with Delphine of course. I searched all corners of the internet and did not see anyone else with this bug. I always play Skyrim with close to 100 mods, and sure I get bugs here and there. I have close to 2k hours total invested in Skyrim right now, and this is the FIRST, the VERY FIRST time I got this bug. I ALWAYS played Skyrim with the mod Parthurnaax Dilema. This mod allows Parthurnaax to stay alive, and yet rebuild the Blades. Well when I bring Jordis to Delphine, I get as far as Delphine telling me she has to give her the Oath. Well Delphine DOES NOT GIVE HER THE OATH leaving me stuck with Jordis. So the trip to Sky Haven Temple was a waste. Where is the fix for this bug?
  11. 90% of the time when dealing with mods if you CTD it is a load order issue. Download BOSS, and BOSS will place your mods in order. If you don't want to use BOSS you can check your mods with the NMM under the plugin's tab. Left click mod and an info window pops up on the right, inside the NMM. This shows your master files (.esm) these files are what you need for the mods to work, just make sure your .esp's for the mods are placed below the .esm files. *Hold left click and drag to move mods around in NMM* Example: Immersive Armors.esp requires Skyrim.esm, and Update.esm to work. This means the Immersive Armor.esp needs to be below the Skyrim.esm and Update.esm or you will Crash To Desktop.
  12. The best info I can give, and this thread has lots of useful information. Get the SKYUI mod and SKSE mod and do a playthrough on vanilla to get the feel of the game; The SKYUI is called the Skyrim User Interface it is so much cleaner then the vanilla user interface. The SKSE is the Skyrim Script Extender - It prepares the game for adding mods later. Most mod authors use their own Script extender for their mods. You are required to have both SKYUI and SKSE installed to run most mods.
  13. There are several mods that get ignored in Nexus, SEVERAL. But unfortunately it is up to the mod authors to remove their neglected mod.
  14. You pretty much got ALL my must haves in your list. I have over 1k hours in game total. I have a few mods that may intrest you and are on my must haves list. * Must Have with Frostfall - A Matter of time. Then the others:* AutosaveManager Realistic Needs and Diseases (RnD) Get Snowy Foot Prints PumpingIron (author - Gopher) Recommend's to use the mod from the very start. In the character creation menu stick the weight slider to zero. Guard Dialogue Overhaul Apachi Hair Destroy the Thieves Guild - Unless you like the infinite reduntant quests The Parthurrnax Dilema
  15. Your next play through? Well if you picked the imperials on your first play through? Go to stormcloaks. As far as as the quest being better? They are the same quests you are just fighting either the stormcloaks or imperials. Since the quests are the same I will never get why we HAVE TO choose a side in the first place. I guess Bethesda just likes jamming faction sides down our throats, even if we would rather remain neutral.
