Especially in this case, where Beth has themselves granted the right, and the tools to create based on the work. Then by directing those who have had their works taken by other parties to file legal claims.. they have wiped their hands of any claim to ownership. You don't have to even be a shithouse lawyer to see that. Plus it simply gets down to right and wrong. If Beth revoked 'free pass' to mod their core program, they could then stipulate that any works are theirs. But, it still would be theft then if anyone posted any creation not their own anywhere.. as now they would be claiming, posting Beth's now declared property.. so no matter how you slice it.. if YOU didn't make it.. it aint yours to do anything with.

You don't have to have sex interactions.. its a matter of taste and gameplay of course.. but pretty much anything that really scripts changes into Skyrim, FO of before ( and you know it will happen for FO4 ) that involve truly adult or alternate lifestyles will be heading for L.L. You can find a lot of out there mods.. but to bluntly say it.. if your after darker mods.. L.L. is kind of the Nexus for mainstream mods.. and safe. That being the key.

yes and no. But you don't usually find that sort of thing on NEXUS. L.L. is the site you want. SKYRIM has a complete slavery system. Or complete sex based system. Sexlab is the governing scripted mod.

Its not that they hate F4SE.. they seem to show a disgust with modders overall. Why? They were spearheads on the pay for mod. Well... you saw how that worked out. They have next to zero support for modders losing creations to theft via copy post to Beth Net. The content they have turned out is pretty lame compared to what the modders did long before the creation kit was on the horizon.. and on that note.. early in they stated publically.. well, modders cant do much but textures until we give them a kit.. mmmm.. gee really? Patching the game does not equate killing mods. Changing file formats mid stride, changing file types used out of the blue.. those kill mods. Do we really need to go on with things they have done? Bottom line, just since FO4 came out I have begun to believe in all my heart and soul, they are pissy over the uproar over the pay for mod issue, they are pissy that modders still do more than they have as a AAA studio.. and instead of using those tools given them, ideas etc.. have chosen to play the kindergarten route... They have yet to produce anything that was not already mod made and working quite well, unless you count the new lands of Far Harbor.. Pretty much nothing they have done even looks remotely like DLC.. but smells of unfinished items they decided to finish and smack a price tag on..

Now if only someone other than we here at NEXUS... would read this.. Doubtful Beth will notice. Or care.

Only this is not a Beta.. its a live public. I ve not been in myself but all the people I know say, yep.. once again all the mods are broken. I am just wondering if they swapped files again.. and with creation only being a Beta.. will they screw those mods over also? Only available on FALLOUT Mods (DOT) Beth
