I currently have the latest Skyrim from steam anniversary / SE Crash fixes plugins not working on SE only LE. Mys ave game have the strcount issue. Ho can I solve this without loosing my progress?

I have this issue on Anniversary/SE Crash fix plugin is not compatible it say starting the launcher. How can I keep my save and fix it?
