Just wondering could the Green border/title covers be changed to idk A Blue and yellow "not mixed into green ;D" but half and half? I mean atleast the fallout 3 is consistent though.

You mean potions have cool downs ? - so you can't just save your ass with ease ?

Only Vanilla items can be set with no requirements but Items add from mods will still require items - if your looking for something like this , then its just best to cheat yourself the Materials - Get The Add items Mod and/or Lever's tower - these two mods are made it easy for the player to obtain Ingots - w/o the hassle of using console codes.

I'd just wait for Eso to come out then the models can either be stripped or remake from scratch from seeing the originals ^_^ - I can see tons of eso armors to be ported to skyrim .... though i was hoping Diablo 3 would be the same but not much luck =D

Well theres Skyforge Shields mod there Shields are very detialed and epic - ^_^
