Most likely it would require a retex. The eye isn't actually missing. Rather it's covered by a cap (think a giant contact lens). If you use the free cam and pull in close enough you can see the eye under the cap.

I swear you can't swing a digital cat without hitting one of these threads on the internet. Good news is I win.
