i dont think thats possible because

1: as the tattoo mask is different for almost every facemorph (one had a bigger nose, or very low eyebrows for example) so if you want to do that, you would have to make a face for every possible setting of faces for every race, for each tattoo.

 

2: we dont have a way of changing the players face yet, apart from changing the save with the toolset.

you can do alot of modding in this game if you know how, you can download the free toolset, wich is (apperently)the same thing the creators used to make the game.

it allows you to set a special body mesh and texture for every race and gender.

the elves have their halla's and with the improved admosphere mod, there is an ox at every cart (dunno if there in the stock game though)

this and this mod give female elf and humans the same leather body as the males (among other things) also gets rid of that horrible flat back.
