  1. i think the title says it. i would like to ask one of the hair artists of the nexus if they can take a try at making a avatar hairstyle. i couldnt find a picture of it so i'l try to discirbe it:

its pretty simple (or, at least i hope it is), the hair on top and on the sides of the head is combed backwards, where it is bundled together in a big hair braid.

could anybody try to make something like this.

edit: it has to be a human male hairstyle.

  2. is it really that bad to give people an idea of what kind of mod would be appreceated?

besides, it has been proven at bringing complete new models into the game is possible. just look at Fenods work :agony, bonemaw, deatheight, deathscale, lament and he is working on a costum armor set atm.

  3. Nah. No need for a "winter forge type deal" for Shale's crystals, the real TWF deal will be enough since they'll be fully customizable in the version I'll be releasing in a few days. (some beta-testing being currently done)

And when I say "fully", I mean from head to toes. Or from the VFX aura to the appareance (size & color) on Shale's body. And any other properties, obviously. :whistling:

thanks... now you screwed up my weekend becouse i'l be looking every 15 mins at the nexus to see if its done yet.

  4. HA i saw that and was thinking the same thing

heard somewhere else that porting data from a game to another game is illegal so i doubt it will be official anywhere

You may have heard/read it here on the Nexus, the topic has come up a lot and yes, it is illegal. Companies do not even like it when all games in question are their own, such as content from Morrowind to Oblivion.

This forum saw this issue raised in a very big way a couple of years ago when a game company "made" a new game that appeared to be composed almost entirely of components from Oblivion and other games. It was quite hilarious at first until we saw the massive ramifications of what that company caused. They had in effect quite nearly ended users' ability to make mods for any game.

lol, did they actually believed they could get away with that?
