  1. Whenever I try to open wrye bash it shows the opening logo, then a very fast popup and closes with no errors popping up. The bashbugdump says "Testing UAC", but my UAC is OFF, I restarted my computer multiple times it keep saying that no matter how I run it, I tried wrye bash 08, 302, 303, and the standalones for 302/303. I read the wrye bash readme and while it does mention this problem, it doesn't show a solution. I ran as admin, I added L-English to the shortcut, I gave all users full permission and still the same problem, I've tried it with the 2.5 python, without python, the current python... The last time I used it I rebuilt my bashed patch for the 1st time, I added/removed a lot of my mods so I was going to rebuild it again but it wouldn't open, and I'm left with an outdated bashed patch that's using a few mods that I removed, should I delete it? I have windows 7 64bit(again my UAC is off), I bought skyrim off steam, I really don't know what else to do at this point, do I even need a bashed patch even when some mods ask for it?(Skyrim Immersive creatures and several monster mods)

There are a few mods that have casual stuff in Oblivion maybe it can be imported to Skyrim somehow, I'm not sure if that's possible though. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/28778 << there's a hat mod from oblivion, the creator of this is still active so he might be able to remake this for skyrim, he also gives permission to use it as long as he's credited. The rest would probably have to be made from scratch which could take a while, I know there's some short pants for girls that were created, I don't think there's any for male characters. I'm pretty sure I saw a bandana mod somewhere, it might have been on workshop I can't remember. The baseball cap is possible though, I've been wanting that too. The super mario bros. mod has the closest thing to a baseball cap.

I'm thinking about buying a xfx ati radeon 4890 graphics card for my laptop my current specs are Dell Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6600 2.20GHz RAM: 4:00 GB 64-bit Operating System DirectX 11 Device Name:Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family DAC Type:Internal 1695 MB Currently Oblivion runs fine but even with default settings and grass toggled off everything seems to run smooth however fights get pretty choppy and when a fight occurs or if im inside a cave the fps usually drops to 15-25 and im usually forced to toggle off bright lite to get good speed. I'm wondering though if I were to buy the graphics card would I be able to run at max settings? Or would my processor hold me back? and if you know of any equal or better graphics cards at a cheaper price then please let me know

I have a few issues with editing and creating NPC's in the construction set. 1st off I was trying to edit a few NPC's (The Jemane brothers and Claude Maric) But when I did edit them for some reason I couldn't change any skin color or give them beards or mustaches. Am I missing something or does the Construction Set just not let you give facial hair to existing NPC's? Either way I decided to create a new NPC(by coping off the existing ones and saving them as a new NPC to keep the same scripts) and then I was able to change anything, I also removed the Jemanes and Maric from their cells so there won't be two people in Oblivion with the same scripts. But another problem occurred when I played the game. I was trying to start the Jemane Brothers quest (by using setstage) but when I talked to either of them, all they have to tell me is rumors, even though they have the scripts in the construction set. They also seem to keep the same schedule (New Reynald still stays at the Gray Mare and goes to his house, etc.) But the thing is after I used the placeatme command and brought Reynald to me, then he acted as if the current quest was going on by saying "You are just about the ugliest bar maid I've ever seen-" I don't know why it happened but now whenever I use Construction Set, it says that it is missing Reynald Jemane script reference and a few other references, I'm not sure what that means but all I know is everything I tried hasn't worked so far. All I'm really trying to do is change the NPC's appearance(Mustaches,Beards, and Skin) for 3 NPC's but keep the same dialogue and quests they are involved in. I also changed the duplicates of the said NPC's and changed their names and ID Names.(Since it doesn't allow me to have two NPC's with the same ID Name and I didn't want to delete any of the existing NPC's since something could wrong, I also wanted to Change their in-game names) I'm assuming that I may need to just completely start over, if that is the case, is there also a way I could take 4 NPC's (Including my character) and export their faces and import them back later on?
