I've been on the site for a while, mostly lurking. I decided to gradually get into trying to contribute some. I use a custom built AMD powered PC to play games (Ryzen 7 3700X, Radeon RX 5700 XT).

Actually, I remember non-premium having a 1 MB/s limit at one point and now it is 2. I've never seen this limit be decreased however.

That is packet loss. I get the same result. This tells me that there is a network issues on their end, and not ours. Maybe a DDoS?
