Ok this would mean every begger would need another npc when you become they gray fox so they dident sleep in there sacks making a plain of oblivion for the prince an item to steal from each of them well it could be done but rather difficult

Ok if you wanted to make this you are going to need blender a 3d editing program this is to create the aactally mesh (what it looks like) and because this is like no race on oblivion you are going to need to make heads arms torsos legs and then join them all up using nifsKope and then creating the textures (what colour the player is and were what colours go were then you are going to need Tes Cs ( the elder scrolls construction set) this is were you make the actuall race atributes hights wights looks and after all of that it will be ready so I sujest if you Are a new modder this job is a little bit to advaned for you if you kinda under stood what I just said sure give it ago

The only way you can have larger breats with clothing on is with another mod sorry man

i like it but i sujest if you want fish to swim past make an animation on a loop or just one or two fish if you do it right it will look perfect

dam i could make that armor if i were more skillfull at blender and anyone armor like this would need a team of 2 or more people at least one meshing one textureing without that it would be exstreamly difficult

there is always cute elves adds a new race but they look alot better

ok i might have read this wrong but if you have all of those mods running oblivion will crash alot but yea i see you have fixed it:)
