  1. MSI usualy skimp on a few things like if you want sound going down your HDMI (I know you don't) then you can expect to be disapointed because they may not place the interface for that on the motherboard and you'll have trouble even hooking that kind of thing up anyway if you dont know what youre doing, you need skills with a multimeter to do that since they dont tell you which way the 2 pin goes on. Silly IKR  I know that you never tested MSI the only thing 'i've heard'. What is MSI Motherboard that skimp at HDMI? i had skills if needed to working with multimeter check pin to pin than posted to this damn thread. I attach benchmark result in 2008 still using X48 chipset for an example i posted above. The only i could suggest when building the new computers, high performance, best price and stable.that's it. If you pretentious people buy ASUS MAXIMUS III EXTREME. I'm sorry for my newbie and bad english too.

  3. I would suggest that you buy MSI motherboard.I already tested all motherboards posted above for AMD and INtel but i never tested EVGA. ASUS has fully feature, good BIOS (sometimes not stable, upgrading bios from vendors usually untested and bugged) and very high price too. GiGABYTE more stable than ASUS with DUAL BIOS and Green Power feature, good performance but still higher price than MSI. MSI is the best motherboard I've ever seen, stable, low price, very high performance, DRMOS feature that can handle overvoltage.if you feel to overclocking, MSI it's the best motherboard for overclock with no overheating. If you prefer to playing game like Crysis.I suggested that you choose Nvidia than ATI for some reason. and i have no idea for Fallout3 or Fallout New Vegas. Since the games using an old game engines.
  4. It caused when you removed some applications that already registered to this file. installing application which can read this file maybe can help too.
  5. create nif files first for scope model, then you can create assigned textures to your model..
  6. Remove 'read only' checkmark properties on fallout Data folder.or try install on others drive NOT on drive C.
  7. try with no mods installed....mods (.esp) with no masters will causing crash too...
  8. can you posts your hardware specs and your OS too?... If you are sure that is not your hardware problem but you should upgrade if necessary maybe your hardware vendors provide new patch or something that can improve your system.
  9. Have you overclocked your system?. This is usually caused by overclocking memory. Try unplug memory from mainboard then reinstall again. Don't forget resetting your BIOS to default settings maybe can fix it. It's suggested upgrading your BIOS system too.
  10. If reinstall doesn't work. Check your device manager, if your audio driver is not listed in there. then check your BIOS Setting may be has been disable.
  11. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650, Nvidia 9800M GS or better. It should be good for Fallout Games on notebook. since the games doesn't officialy support integrated GPU even supporting latest Microsoft® DirectX®.
  12. I think your graphic card doesn't support this game. Another solution try with low graphic setting in Fallout launcher. Or upgrade your graphic card.
  13. Use FOMM for installing mods and files. Just open FOMM then click File manager.
  14. Did u changed the game control Settings? Under Settings -> Action Mapping ->. When E Activate while Ready/Reload R.
  15. It doesn't have any effect on the game? Compressed will only effect on the size on your mods.
