So do you want replace daedric swords skin with Ebony or the other way around? Anyway, copy this meshes folder into your data folder -> http://www.mediafire.com/?ffd853j2kjl53lw this will make the daedric sword look like an ebony one. -
http://www.filefactory.com/file/cf70a8a/n/meshes.zip extract to data folder. Replaces Daedric models with Ebony.

Hey, Could someone please make a mod replacing the daedric great-sword model with the dwarwen one? I really can't explain it but the daedric and ebony great-sword models annoy me - really can't understand why. I tried to figure out how to extract meshes myself, but alas...
