  1. Thanks, I also assumed that this could be the reason. Works without problems now.
  2. I also keep getting crashes. In my case the game just crashes and I'm back on my windows desktop. So it is not a complete system crash, but still. It can't be hardware related since I have an i7 [email protected] Ghz, 12 GB Ram and an Radeon HD 7970@1125/ 1575 with 3 GB Vram. With this system I can play Arkham City, BF3 and Witcher 2 (with übersampling) maxed out in 1080p without problems, so it should be plenty for Skyrim. The only game that keeps crashing is Skyrim. So what the hell is it?
  3. OK, so I tried disabling the mods, but it doesn't help. It's still crashing. It's quite frustrating that one of the key features of Skyrim is to be its ability to use mods but when you actually do, the game tends to gets unstable and broken. I know for sure that in my case it can't be system resources since I have more than enough system ram and video ram.
  4. Hi, thanks for replying. I've uploaded a snapshot of my Skyrim data files so you guys can see which mods I am currently using. I am using the latest version of Skyrim. And no, I have not unlocked Skyrim with the 4 GB fix.
  5. Hello, My game keeps crashing to desktop randomly while playing. My system specs are: Intel i7 [email protected] Ghz; 12 GB Ram DDR3 1600 Corsair; Powercolor Radeon HD 7970 3GB@1125/1575, Asus P8Z68-M pro MB, SB Audigy SE and Windows 7 64 Bit. I've already checked the temperatures, but my CPU is just 40°C under load and the GPU just 70°C. I am also using the "Realistic Overhaul" texture mod, in case that sould be relevant. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Is this happening to any of you guys as well?
