Nothing's bugged about the helmet its just you're missing armature groups (could be simple as re-naming, probably neck , clavicle or spine# f I had to guess ex Neck1 vs just Neck) on the zombie's skeleton. Easiest way is to just rig it bypassing those groups (ex add them to groups the zombie skeleton already has), alternative way is to add the groups of interest to the skeleton, but that's more involved.

Could probably make a mash up similar to it using a black retex using indoril/her hand armor from the Morrowind imports mod for the helm and maybe retex of Armor redux mod's mithril armor for the cuirass/greaves, boots/gauntlets there's something to match and retex similar in one of those 2 mods I'm sure. -

Just a guess try switching Begin Gamemode to Begin OnLoad, iirc Begin Gamemode is just on game start/restart. -
What it says in BOSS should be good enough, but iirc OOO makes more intensive lvling/gameplay changes than TIE and even with bashpatch tweaks there needs to be an actual patch for the two to prevent TIE's tweaks from being inundated by OOO's. You'll see mostly OOO with TIE sprinkled in I think without some kind of patch.

Idk about that sorting, would look into doing it again. That face bug is prob caused by oblivion.esm not being loaded first thing. Must admit that bug looks sort of cool.

I like to vary, whatever seems to be the more amusing or novel experience at the time. I'm stuck 100% in a certain boring role in real life, games get to explore other sides.

I'd really like to see a game set in Blackmarsh or Elsweyr but I've read somewhere that the dev don't want it, so that's super unlikely. We'll probably see Summerset Isles or somewhere in the Iliac Bay again.

So I have a puff of smoke aggro-drop spell and I want to make it use charcoal as a component, if the PC doesn't have charcoal in inventory they can't cast it, if they do a charcoal gets eaten and the spell casts. Would throwing a if player.getitemcount charcoal == 0 in the begin part of spelleffect script be enough to stop the whole thing or will I need a more complex solution like checking if the PC is casting that spell?

Didn't one of the Hentai Manias add a half-mask looking thing? If not I know for sure there's a mask mod, they could be just cut in half in blender retextured to work.

I personally prefer OCO2 for humanoids, but there's also Oblivion Genetics Overhaul that's also really good.
