Uhg, I was hoping for an open world without a million loading screens every time I walk through a door. Dissapointing.

I am still have the problem using mod manager two with FNV and only with FNV with or without mods. I've checked all the local files and the mod ini file with the solution above with no change to the game launching in windowed mode. If anyone else has any suggestions I'd appreciate the help.

Yeah the totally lost me with this bullshit explanation. What you need to do is run the report and when you get a bank page right click it and go to properties copy the URL file address and then paste it into your browser of choice. Really is that freaken easy guys and there isn't much need for all the hyperbole you guys seem to love throwing around.
