Thank you, didn't think of that. Been testing for 1 hour and the freezes seem pratically gone! Thank you. The only ones I got were from sheathing and unsheathing my weapon but that's a different issue, one that the Equipping overhaul might fix soon. Also some rare and very slight stutter happens when changing some cells, my skyrim is overloaded with creatures spawns so I think that's to be expected from time to time. As long as it isn't immersive breaking it's fine by me. The freezes I had before happened anywhere even in the menu's and lasted a good 3-5 seconds, they could happen once every 20 minutes as they could happen 3 times in a a minute. Very annoying and unpredictable. Before, I actually always played at 44 FPS cap while testing until this last mod setup. This last setup gave me a big FPS boost even though I added skyrim flora overhaul and grass on steroids, so I upped the frame cap to 58 and started to see these freezes. Didn't think it could be the framerate since I read somewhere that Skyrim needs to be above 45 FPS for the scripts to run gold. I think it's fixed, might be too early to tell but it was a good suggestion so thank you. Anyway, if people are looking for a solid, fun, action packed, immersive, dark souls hard, stable mod setup they can try what I posted above. Alongside the REALVISION ENB textures, stable ugrids mod, SSME, SKSE and all the compatibility patches that Requiem needs, you're in for an epic ride. Now that I finally seem to have fixed my Skyrim with all the help out there, The Elder Scrolls Online just launched lol. The Elder Scrolls franchise likes to laugh at my face.

Hello, I'm having an annoying freezing problem where the game's music keeps playing but everything else stops for a few seconds and then resumes gameplay normally. This happens a bit everywhere, it's not reproduceable though so it's hard to pin point the cause. This happens in the menu's as in the middle of combat or just exploring. My feeling is that it's some kind of papyrus problem but I've tried multiple settings with no solution. It tends to freeze more when I enter combat too. My game runs very smoothly capped at 58 FPS and rarely goes below that, usually when it dips it goes to 50 minimum. I've been optimizing skyrim a LOT these past 2 years and now that I'm ready to go mod-wise and stability-wise, I can t seem to shake this last problem. At first I thought it was a VRAM problem but although I'm almost reaching my 2048 limit, it never hits the VRAM ceiling, specially when the freezes occur there never seems to be a spike in VRAM usage or anything else. It's pretty strange. Does anyone else has these freezes? I'm running Skyrim with a gtx 680 SC at stock speeds using MSI Afterburner for the fan control, a i5 2500K @ 4.2Ghz and 8GB RAM. I also unparked my CPU cores as I've read it helps with skyrim and most games generally. As far as my mods go, I'm posting it below. I'm using quite a few high res texture packs but all at 1024 and optimized alongside REALVISION ENB 251 full version A . My textures are what the ENB Recommends except the official skyrim high res texture packs, I use the bethesda optimized ones full 1024 to save as much VRAM as possible. The game runs very smoothly constantly, it just freezes randomly either in menu, exploring or combat. I also use grid stability mod, SSME and SKSE 1.6.16 (the latest but not alpha). This is all from a fresh and cleaned install of Skyrim and all the mods are up to date. Mod list: My Skyrim.ini : My Skyrimprefs.ini : My enblocal.ini : Any help would be immensily appreciated as this is my last issue to play Skyrim as it should be played, modded!

You are replacing ziggy's dll file with the immersive sounds one. Thats why you get the minimap. You can't have both mods working simultaneously. You can but you will lose some of ziggy's features, not sure which ones besides the minimap one.

Hello, I m having the good old grey face bug but I m having it on vanilla NPC's. So far I've only spotted the problem with vanilla Bandits. Their face is grey and nothing like the rest of the body's color. I've tried to check the textures/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceTint folder to see if I had any mod that was modifying my vanilla bandits appearance but I have none. From what I've read, if there was any modification there would be a folder there named Skyrim.esm. I m trying all the immersive patrols, populated series, Sands of Time mods but they all have their facegen data for their NPC's and the ones that I'm finding are Vanilla ones modified by Skyrim.esm only ( i have a mod that details all the info when clicking on them through the console, can t remember the name). I checked their ID's on TES5edit to see if anything was modifying them. For one of the grey headed bandits it was being modified by Sands of Time through a script since he spawned through that mod. The other one was a vanilla spawn at the bandit spot that has a carriage just behind Whiterun, not being modified at all. Also, I m using Requiem, don t know if that could be the issue... I m out of ideas on how to spot the culprit for those grey faces...

Of course. That's all I've been doing until I get a stable Skyrim

I just made a fresh install. If I can remove everything that DCO installs in my skyrim folder I can remove it safely without yet another fresh install...right?
-
I use NMM to remove mods and I tested it without DD and DCO on a new start, same error kept appearing when fighting a dragon. DCO owner said that it wasn t from his mod so I don t know where this is coming from. I know that nDragonActorScript is in the deadlyDragons.bsa but I can't find FXDragonBloodDamageScript . I think that one is a vanilla script

I have been having this strange error spamming my papyrus log over and over. I even made a fresh new installation of skyrim with the masters cleaned as I should, checked all the compatibility in mods and load order, everything is fine but I still get the same error. The error only gets spammed when I am fighting a dragon and only then. I don't CTD or anything but as soon as other mods fire up it gets pretty intensive in my papyrus log and caused freezes before. Even without Deadly dragons and/or Dragon Combat Overhaul installed on a new installation, I still get this error. Please help Papyrus Log: Mods

I m having the same problem, can't find a solution anywhere and I VE TRIED! -
anybody found the solution for this? I m having the same error over and over. I have DCO and deadly dragons, tried a new start again and again, no luck. I don't crash at their death's though. It just spams my papyrus log like hell and froze my game a few times because of that. Help?

anyone?

No idea about that blue aura around you, double check if it's a mod by deactivating them one by one. Maybe it's because of a quest that you must complete so it goes away? No idea..sorry

Try this mate, - In third person, open the console and enter "player.addspell 000f71d1" - Close the console and notice a slight darkening around your character - Open the console again and enter "player.removespell 000f71d1" - Close the console and your eyes should stop glowing. It's a common skyrim bug from what I know, not caused by mods, just a silly bug.

I have the same FXSetBlendVariableScript.psc error that leads to a CTD eventually after a huge spam. It's a random CTD, no specific place or event happening that I know of. In my case this usually happens when I do a quicksave, not always thankfully but sometimes it happens. Any idea what is affecting this?
-
Hello, I've been having a random crash with always the same errors in the papyrus at the end. It doesn't happen often but it does happen, specially when quicksaving if not only when quicksaving, not 100% sure since it doesn't happen with every quicksave and I do that a LOT. It implies an error with FXSetBlendVariableScript.psc, anyone knows what kind of mods could affect this? Here is the end of my last papyrus log: Here is my mod list, recognized plugins: And unrecognized plugins: The load order is not correct, I have to make a few slight changes after running BOSS, like skyrim immersive creatures DLC2 below the original skyrim immersive creatures and also dropping bashed patch to the end of the list. That's about it! I would really appreciate some pointers please!

I reinstalled NMM, that seemed to work alright. Although I had no way to get the list of mods back into NMM without downloading them all again. Sucks! But at least my game is intact
-
I accidentaly deleted the folder where NMM stores the downloaded mods. My game is intact, also have backup of the game with all the mods installed. Problem is since NMM can't find the zip files of the mods I installed, its telling me to uninstall the mods or else it won't run (NMM) Any solution for this??

Thanks to all of the nexus people and modders, my gaming experience with skyrim looks and plays like a high quality movie thanks to all of you! Huge thanks!
