sure - second hand is always risky. the best thing is to buy everything new
-
installing the power-supply will be a little bit difficult. hm
the best way is to ask a friend or your father?
-
seem to be ok, but you will not really need 600W for the 4650 ;).
isn't there a 4670 for 50pounds?
-
k :). but don't forget - 4670 should be the first choice
-
in the pc. i don't know the british prices for a power supply. i use a 450W with the 4670
you just replace your old supply with the new one
hey Dark0ne - can you help bloa2 ?
-
then try ATI4650 - but it's explicit weaker than the 4670. i didn't expect that it cost so much compared with Euro prices
-
k :). P.S. the ATI4670 doesn't need additional power-supply too
bye :)
ATI4670 should be your first choice - but i don't know how much it cost in British pounds.
-
k - if your motherboard is a new one then it's pci-express. i suggest you to buy the 4650 (ATI) or something like that. it's cheap and it needs no additional power-supply
-
but it's important - current graphics-cards are with "pci-express"-interface. previous cards are "agp" and even older are "pci"
- what's the name of your motherboard? (you can see this information in the bios or with a tool like cpu-z 'http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php')
-
what kind of graphics-interface?
I need a new graphics card
