  1. Ah ok. Sadly, i'm not anywhere near the Miraak quest-line (Pretty much a new save i've had for a long while). Won't be of much help there :(
  2. Meaning you need to be midway through or having finished the Miraak quest-line? Or can this be done on a new save?
  3. Not sure if you have to be logged in but you can send an email to [email protected].
  4. And that is the kind of argument one does not make. Labeling people who use profanity as not being "creative and intelligent enough" is an easy way of destroying ones credibility. Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. That's more of a "you" problem than a Nexus problem but whatever floats your boat. I honestly see no harm in such an option being made available to users.
  5. Read https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3498225-why-is-my-post-gone-where-to-post/.
  6. There's Nexus Mod Manager which can be found at the bottom of https://www.nexusmods.com/about/vortex/. I'm not familiar with manually putting mods in the Skyrim folder as i only use NMM for installing mods.
  7. If you're looking to make it easy, i'd go with No More Helgen - Save Game: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30969 Only one i've tried that i found interesting is https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/43329 so i can't say for sure if the two mods you mentioned are any good. It's basically the entire map of Skyrim. I personally liked the colors of the night sky with this mod. If you open the mod link i provided and click on the images tab you can check the images that are there to get an idea of what the sky looks like. Only climate weather mod i've used is Climates of Tamriel so i really don't know.
  8. You mean skipping the intro/Helgen entirely or something more along the lines of Alternate Start - Live Another Life? Alternate Start - Live Another Life: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/ No More Helgen - Save Game: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30969 Here's a list of some LOTR mods that you might be interested in even though they haven't been updated since 2013 & 2015 (I've only used one of these mods so just bear that in mind. The description for each mod shows what they do so it'd be a good idea to read them). Lord of the Rings Amon Sul - Ancient Weathertop: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65318 Lord of the Rings Weathertop: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65274 Lord of the Rings Transformation: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61762 Lord of the Rings Mod By Shadow0987: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30499 Lord of the Rings Mod English Version: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/43329 There's also Beyond Skyrim - Bruma if you're interested in that. Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/84946 Can't say for sure about 4k or 8k but i have used the mods listed below. 1. A Quality World Map and Solstheim Map - With Roads: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4929 2. Smile in HD: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34346 3. Embers HD: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62425 4. Climates of Tamriel: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17802 5. CITRUS Heads (HD Meshes): https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58989 6. Alluring Eyes: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67964 7. Enhanced Night Skyrim: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85
  9. CDN=Content Delivery Network It's how Web Pages and other kinds of content is delivered to a user.
  10. I would certainly be careful using console commands. They can easily problems even if it doesn't happen right away. Out of curiosity why do you want to get rid of everything in a settlement?
  11. To my understanding of this subject no. This is because Oldrim doesn't have the capability of handling a save from a 64 bit game.
  12. Greetings cobra, you can uninstall NMM from your computers control panel in the uninstall a program option. This should remove everything without leaving any trace but if you want you can manually delete anything left over by checking the location you installed NMM to. I presume you have a windows computer as per the above.
