If you changed your depots and steam stopped asking to update, can you share it? I have all the DLC's in english but it seens to still be asking to update. I tried setting read only on and off and closing and opening steam but it's still asking to update In another note, setting the manifest file to read only and lauching the game via vortex dosent trigger and update then?
