    Actually, if you have Google Chrome, the Online Image Editor Pixlr can be a fairly good substitute

    I suppose no matter what I'm creating, there will always be some sort of question in my mind about it. A work of art (even a mod)is never really finished; it is abandoned.

    OK. I doubt anyone can help me now, but Fallout 3 for the PC (windows 7) has randomly stopped working for no reason. It crashes as soon as i start it.

      Well, the only reason i can imagine is that YOU USE WINDOWS 7!!

      No seriously, if it´s not mod related or something like this (tried it without mods?) you only can reinstall it...

      already reinstalled it. still crashes. ive given up for now. maybe some day

      Well I can tell you Windows 7 has nothing to do with it. LOL

      I still play Fallout 3, though not much sense I got Fallout NV.

      Normally crash on start is a mod/plugin issue.
