  1. In response to post #15353375. #15355750, #15366320, #15367615, #15367680, #15369675, #15369725, #15374895 are all replies on the same post. Fixed by backing up original config and mods folders, installing 50.2 then overwriting 50.2's config and mods folders.
  2. In response to post #15353375. #15355750, #15366320 are all replies on the same post. I had the same issue. Said no to uninstall all of old version config and then installed to exactly the same directory. Have Plugins listed but no mods listed in mods tab. Not a happy camper.
  3. Same as many others here - rock solid stable on 1.4. Disasterous after 1.5 - CTDs on any cell change, especially Breezehome or Riften. Did as others have done in spent hours debuging and reconfiguring what was perfectly stable mod config under 1.4 only to have none of the clean install/build/re-builds make any difference. About to try the Win7 .exe backout to 1.4. Love the game but utterly unimpressed with Bethesda's lack of quality control with Skyrim to-date. Kudos for the awesome modding community that invariably will fix/workaround the issues.
  4. Yes. I did a new rebuild of Skyrim and hit this problem. The shield is mapped as a weapon such that if you draw your sword the shield will be drawn. I had a backup of my clean 1.4.27.0.4 install (no mods) - In the Skyrim - Meshes.bsa unlike all other shields (for other armour types) the ebony shield is not listed under the filepath meshes\armour\ebony\... rather meshes\weapons\ebony\ebonyshield.nif. I couldnt find any other reference where a shield for other armour was listed under weapons. Looks like a file path error for some reason. Haven't worked out a fix yet - new to BSA's...
