    For the login problem: clean your "cookie" and the "temporary internet file" of your browser. That's correct the problem for me!

    Go to "fallout.wikia.com" and you can find all the quest with all the ID.
  3. alphaman94
    search on your harddrive the file "d3dx9_38.dll" and copy/paste in the folder of the game.
