Yes...it called the construction set...if you have the disc version of oblivion it comes with the game (i think) but you can also download it from the Beth site too (might find it on steam but try the Bethesda site first)

after reading this all i could do is lmao after reading that part about DG returning the middle finger..btw sorry for being of the many if not million downloaders who probably ran around looking for mods in your absence...DG release was a surprise to me too...even if i dont own skyrim (oblivion ftw...even if it old news now lol)
