  1. i'd like to see something similar to Ezio's cloak from Assassin's Creed. That shoulder cloak looks damned cool!
  2. I really, REALLY want to see this i've been waiting nearly a year hoping someone would do this. I would just learn to do it myself and share it, but I've had too much coursework to do. :(
  3. sounds like a great idea, though i'd suggest simplifying it in order to make it more surmountable for a modder to approach. I remember i played this crappy but addictive little browser game about 9 years ago called Adventure Quest, and in it you could become a 'Werepyre' if you tricked the Lycans and Vamps into biting you. It looked like a huge wolfman but with black fur instead of beige, it had huge wings made of a leathery material with no fur, completely red eyes without irises and a black bushy tail. http://images.wikia.com/aq/images/b/b5/Wolfwing.jpg
  4. Hey y'all! A simple request: to sheath 2 handed swords on the hip. Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones both prompted me to request this, because let's be honest, bastard swords were worn at the hip. Only the the utterly massive swords were ever strapped to the back. The main reason I request this is because people who use 2-handers can't really use cloaks mods because of the clipping issues. If anyone does this, i will name my firstborn child after you! ;) Cheers
  5. ressing this thread, but comeon, someone out there must want this done???
  6. Really? No one can walk me through how to achieve this in the creation kit? Please, it would take but a moment but be incredibly helpful.
  7. You're forgetting that smithing can be levelled to max at any time - just make endless iron daggers all the way up. Start off with a little cash, buyout iron ingots and leather from Avennicci and Eorlund smith daggers, enchant, sell back, wait 48 hours, repeat. Then you can craft full dragon bone armour and/or deadric if you have the materials.
  8. Excellent! Please could you walkl me through it (if it's not too much hassle)? And what sort of scale is each +/- integer in game? Thank you! EDIT: I do have the CK.
  9. i'd forgotten about those mods, agreed, it could also fix those issues. At the end of the day, to the extent of my knowledge (which take with a grain of salt - i'm not myself a modder), it comes down to a simple distance adjustment; not much, but just enough so weapons/arrows sit comfortably on those HUGE cloaks from winter is coming. A small thing, but a brilliant thing which could make many people's skyrim experience a lot better. With regards to the ATTT part, that mod is also a brilliant immersion creator, but the clipping issues just make it horrid.
  10. Be warned though, ATTT is one of the buggiest mods i've ever seen, often the scripts just don't work, causing CTDs, stange behaviour and often the mod just refuses to work altogether.
  11. Hey there Nexus! I have a small request, but a request which could benefit a hugely substantial number of the community. Could a generous modder increase the distance of shields, bows, quivers, 2h's, staffs (and any other items sheathed on the back i may have forgotten) between them and the character's back when they are sheathed? I ask this because people who use 'Winter is Coming - Cloaks' and 'Cloaks of Skyrim' have to see these items clip right through the middle of them, creating a horrible, unrealistic visual which seriously spoils immersion. In addition, with a mind towards the Armed to the Teeth mod, as an extension, could a modder increase distances between these items when they are sheathed together on the back? Atm with ATTT, you get the shield and 2h clipping straight through the middle of the bow and quiver. If anyone could do one or both of these things, it would be improving a great many people's skyrim experience, not to mention mine! Thank you !
  12. I like it. Take that a little further, and you could create a new style of fighting if you have a staff in one hand and a sword/axe/mace in the other. The benefit being eg. equipping a staff means you don't need two hands for master destruction spells, and if you've specced into dual casting, maybe using a staff will have the same effect on the spell (overcharging it) ? I don't know, food for thought, but i agree, the staffs seriously are a pain and become a chore to keep recharging etc.
  13. I've only played Skyrim and Oblivion, but it was exactly the same in Oblivion. You slay the Orc champion in the arena to finish that quest-line, you have the dark brotherhood and thieves guild getting you to do some pretty terrible deeds as staples, you run across Cyrodill pillaging and burning bandit camps (but they deserve it let's be honest, they attack on site). It has always been this way. No change.
