Legal Reasons why, the Nexus is basically a Hosting Site, you advertise your mod on this site, and the site makes money off traffic and donations, so in-order to keep the Nexus quiet from any liability from legal reasons, they have to accept some sort of portion if the authors sought to profit off the work as well.

  14. I support the nexus through this incident and I will continue to laugh at people getting pissed off at Nexus trying to "profit" off the paid mods thing. Because advertising a large file on a site has to be free.... Right guys?
