Out of the blue, distant objects have started behaving very oddly. Despite settings maxed, I can see very few objects in the distance and distant mountains are flickering wildly. As I ride around on horse; trees, hills, dragon mounds, grass, ect. suddenly pop-up very close to me. It is very distracting and horrible to play. I have verified the game cache, loaded previous saves, uninstalled recently updated mods, everything except reinstall start over. I'd really hate to do this as not even a month has gone by since I had to do so for a corrupted save. Please tell me you can help.
