At 40 mb/s isnt bad at all.

These are some slow speeds indeed. What do you get when you run a speed test? Try speedtest.net and see what speed you are getting.

I have noticed that with some mods it depends on the server refresh and the browsser you are using. In firefox the downloaded mods show up almost right away. When I use Chrome it takes a bit and some times it does not show up at all. Just Kinda random. However most of the time when its been in my vortex It eventually show up with in 24h or so.

Been having issues downloading this mod for the past two days since it went up to ver 4 Download in both Vortex and directly from the website (on firefox) fails.
