hmm... All my tweaks were checked, maybe that was the problem. Well, I forgot to mention that I run window 7 but I turned off the UAC when I try to play oblivion, could it still cause problems even if its off?

Thank you, Striker. Here's my load order lol I'm pretty sure its a mess. What I dont understand is that BOSS is supposed create the correct load order. Beside I used wrye bash's [mod checker] and it didnt reported any problems, that's make me think that there's more than simply click on BOSS to get the right load order. Maybe I didnt create the bached patch correctly. Anyway, thanks in advance for your help.

Well, I won't lie I'm a noob mod user. Since I installed Fran's and MMM overhauls mod I get CTD as soon as I finished loading a saved game or even when I start a new one. I'm pretty sure that my load order is all screwed up due to my lack of mod using knowledge, even if I use BOSS. I would gladly show my load order, but I dont know how... Btw I use Wrye Bash as well and created the bached patch as instructed. For now, I only need a link that instruct how to show a load order list. Sorry for my lame english, lol
