  1. I don't know about you, but I think this new set up is useless.  I used to be on the site every day if I could manage it.  Now, I have to remember to bother...

I agree. It's not just that it's taking some time for me to get used to, it's that it lost at least some of the functionality I relied on. If I want to revisit one of my older posts (used to have more than 4K), it seems I'm unable to see anything beyond the last 259. That's part of what's made it difficult for me to relocate and follow many people who used to be on my friends list; if they changed their user name, or had a user name/spelling that was difficult for me to commit to memory, I'm SOL. I also enjoyed seeing what my favorite screenshot artists had updated to in terms of hardware, and now it seems hardware's no longer listed anywhere. 😒

At least we still have PMs ... and email notifications ...

Yeah, it is going to be interesting for me to track everyone down with the disolussion of the "Friends" list.  I cannot say that many software "updates" are actually updates and not downgrades.  Don't start me on Windows....

I just had an idea that might make it easier to track down folks from your friends list: if you posted any images, go to your profile on the mods side of the site, and go through your uploads and see what friends commented on them.  Not a great idea, but possibly better than trying to remember names and spellings.
