  1. "Like a cheese wheel" *cough* Meet the Team: Himeki Second spell video is a cheesewheel destruction spell, basically as you described. That aside, you can quite easily put a model in as a projectile. However getting them to stick like an arrow does is quite irritating. I'm trying to wok on a Spectral arrow spell that actually sticks in the opponent (conjuration spell, summons an arrow that flys at your target, much like a normal destruction spell does a bolt of fire for example). I'm not sure how to dynamically load a model for a projectile based on an item chosen in game. However using a message box with option buttons it could easily be made for a few set selections (or MCM menu when I eventually convince myself to go learn that). Immersive Quests is my top priority at the moment, but during downtime I'm working on other things such as the above spectral arrow. TLDR; Easy to do mod, use Iron Dagger model for a projectile, apply projectile to said custom spell. Currenlty a bit busy. Easy for someone new to spell modding to try to create.
  2. Well slow time basically does that, just ramp it up to the extreme. Probably remove the visual effects on it that make it blur.
  3. That's right, I'm glad that you will make it. Btw, I have an idea, if you use the orbing power outside of combat, it will bring up a menu of the places where you can go to, in combat, it's purpose it just to avoid attacks. Maybe metalskater will agree. I have looked in the creation kit where the waypoint is hidden, I could not find anything. I have to wonder how the clairvoyance spell will lead you to the waypoint, or the currently selected quest. Maybe how it's done, it could also be applied to it. I hope you can figure this out as it can also be used a different mod. I didn't even think of Clairvoyance! Nor did I know that it points you to your waypoint actually. I knew it could point you to quests, but I didn't like the spell so I never bothered with it. I'll look into it, still won't be able to use the orbing effect without a working effect shader though, we'd need an artist for that.
  4. I have no issues with not being able to teleport to waypoint, you can also use it as a combat spell to make it possible to orb out from the threat to pick yourself up and quickly switch strategies, although it would be perfect, when the character stands afk, with no weapons/magic drawn, the option of orbing is possible. I run a computer with 18Gig of RAM and a 8-core processor so it shouldn't lag my game but it should also be usable for people with slower pc's that manage to run the game barely on lowest setting to enjoy this mod. Piper's combustion is gonna take a while as there are barely moments where Piper performs this power without music in the background so I have to scan across all 8 seasons to find it. It can be used as a lesser power (shout spot equipped) to allow you to use it with no animation other than the orbing effect. So yes this is completely possible. If you can find someone to make the effect shader I could do this pretty easily ( I can only slightly adjust the timings on them, not make new ones ). The combustion would also be really easy to make (if I had the sound effects/effect shader) depending on just how much of the power was wanted. On firepower02's comment. You can't teleport to a personal waypoint because it's actually in an entirely different worldspace (basically a place where you can't get to). As I'm, constantly improving I might be able to figure something out in the future but no guarantee. On your computer power, Sadly Skyrim is a 32bit program and so can't make use of more than 4gb of RAM, the program would need a redesign (sorta) for more. So there's less of a worry about that portion. It's also kinda crappy about it's multi-threading. For the combustion sound. Look around the Blue Moon episodes (can't remember the name), the beast transformation episode Blowing up the lamps etc I don't think there was any extra music.
  5. Well I know you need a program like 3ds Max or blender. I'm not an artist so I've not bothered going very far past that sorry. Best chance would be to look up tutorials most likely.
  6. Easier yes, but you won't learn how to do what you want that way. Also it might not get made at all unless you do it. (Note I said MIGHT not, always a chance someone feels like doing it. Requests do get done, just not all of them.)
  7. Can you clarify what you wanted for the first part? Not the boneless ooze monsters but the crafting of it. If you want a different crafting recipe that wouldn't be too hard. Could also be unlocked with that book, or able to use them only with the book in your inventory.
  8. I have not touched worldspaces or any other terrain/dungeon creation. If you can point me to how to do what you need I can try to get it for you.
  9. This is rather easy, just a lot of editing. The description is actually written into the ITEM's description in the CK. So removing the description wouldn't change the item, but would stop the overriding description from interfering. The downfall being you would not see the original enchantment description at all. (not before nor after enchanting, just the enchanted symbol would show)
  10. That would probably be very difficult to do (if even possible). But it would look pretty cool and different. As for follower health bars, I'd suggest checking out Extensible Follower Framework one of the features in 4.0 is follower health bars. "Actor Panel"
  11. Or the equivalent of a shield (that would be equipped in one hand however).
  12. Yes it is possible. You would need to take a staff, turn it into an armor piece (set where it equips), and give it a destruction bonus (magnitude % bonus, not cost reduction). Could probably use the two-hander sheath slot. May need to make it a cosmetic instead of weapon so you can equip a spell in each hand. Casting spells with the staff in hand however would be rather difficult to setup.
  13. Elven ears, armor, circlet. Green glowing magic in hand tinting hand, armor, and face green. It is an elf.
  14. Well I can't help as far as mesh/texture...the only thing I could do to help would be to put it into an item and add in the crafting recipe for it... So assuming you can find a mesh/texture artist or a mesh/texture as a free-to-use resource (or with permission) I can do it.
  15. Do you mean putting it in game? If so I can do that as long as you have .nif/.dds files for it.
  16. First of all hello! I'm the spell creator for Immersive Quests. Figured I'd stop by and comment on the spell suggestions. The choosing of spells to be used is mostly up to Matthiaswag and the others. I'll mostly just comment on how reasonable the requests are (meaning how likely it is I can make it). My skills are increasing as we go obviously, so what is not currently possible may become more and more possible as we progress. Very easy to make. The multiple projectiles however I've not been able to figure out how to do. I can have projectiles fire at a marked target, but not fire multiple projectiles on cast. (actually in typing this I may have come up with a way to do it...) Earthquake, fairly simple to do, not as simple to make it act differently in a dungeon, not sure how to do that.I'm not sure how to make rituals like this at the moment. Though possibly later on.Steady enchantment/spell should be possible.Teleporting an NPC (basically storing them elsewhere) should be fairly easy, however it would likely be overpowered as hell and possibly glitchy companion wise.Transforming an NPC into an animal should be possible, not sure how I'd do it yet though.Changing the race of NPCs could cause issues with deformations/texture problems (Skyrim's horrible about race changing).Short range self teleport/blink-like spell would be pretty easy to make (minus issues of falling through terrain I'd have to work out). Do you mean in a straight path, or where you're aiming? Not sure how to make plants regrow faster other than a time skip.Appearance change spells exist on the nexus, however they're basically calling up the Race Menu to let you do it. Not sure how to do it any other way.Changing the weather spells I'm not sure how to do, but doubt it'd be too hard to get working. Affecting enemy visibility with it I'm not sure how to do however.A fear/calm cloak essentially? Making them run or not fight you (could also end up overpowered without some way to limit it).Increased Speed spell, should be fairly easy to do. Not sure how to consume magicka while active, would have to figure that out unless you meant something that works like "healing" or "flames" does.Flight is rather difficult to get working without it causing you to clip through terrain. But a launch upwards followed by a slow fall might work.Fall damage reduction should be possible, both as a buff-type spell and as a slow-fall-styled one.Borrowing stats would be extremely difficult to do, CK and papyrus limitations as far as I know.Shield from rain/snow, Frostfall doesn't really check if it's hitting you, but checks the current weather itself. I don't know if I could make this at all, would require figuring out Frostfall's mechanics and would likely REQUIRE Frostfall to work.Teleport to Blackreach would be rather simple to make, possibly a quest where you need to go down there first before being given it.Don't know how or if I could do the vision spell. Disease spread may be a possibility. Have a few thoughts on how to do it.DoTs, very easy to make.HoTs, very easy to make. initial burst+over time could be done as well.Polymorph, transforming from one thing to another (other than werewolf/vampirelord) is fairly difficult, still not sure how to do it, but have been curious as well.Free-form flight is very difficult to manage without terrain clipping problems. Still not sure how to get it to work but I really do want to. I like the shapeshift along with it, that would require a model/textures/animations as well though since that form isn't in game (that's not a talent I have, would need the others to comment.) Regrow plants, see above.Spell/power to gain divine blessing would be very easy to make, unsure of how to balance.Summon a magical chest, I assume you mean for storage. Limited space or not? I'm not sure how to do this, but could likely figure it out given the time.Transform into another creature, not sure how to do this atm, might take some time to do. (been wanting to figure this out, but have been distracted with other things) If I've listed something as not knowing how to do it, and you have some knowledge with papyrus that would make it possible. Please let me know, I'm still finding things out that I didn't know about.
  17. Vortex of Time is currently a WIP mod that is planned to do all that and more, check it out.
  18. If you mean transforming, you aren't limited to two transformations. Default is two PER DAY (with the ring), however un-equipping and re-equipping the ring grant you the ability to transform again. If you mean contracting Lycanthropy then I'd also suggest something along the lines of Moonlight Tales. (for transforming as well) I always thought it was a bit stupid to limit the Werewolf transformation but not the Vampire Lord. Freedom to switch between them makes it far more useful. I'm like you, I'd end up not using it and "saving" it for a situation I'd need it. (which would never come because I'd keep "saving" it) Can't help with the curing though.
  19. For those that can't see the image above: http://s20.postimg.org/7zgp8v7f1/Sekirei_sekirei_28837884_697_1000.jpg
  20. If it's already in .nif and .dds files I can do this in a few minutes. Send me a PM or quote the post if you'd like my help. (I realize the original post is from june)
  21. For the first half (Windhelm) I can't help you out. However the second half (Whiterun Winterhold) check this thread out. Edit: meant Winterhold not Whiterun...my apologies, I was quite tired.
  22. Glad you like it. Thanks, I knew I was forgetting to note something on the page. Yes they are equal to leather armor in weight and armor ratings. The value should be slightly higher on everything as well (since it isn't craftable I didn't adjust the value.)
  23. I feel like an idiot...I was certain I came back here and posted it... No...I AM certain I posted it...I remember copying the address...typing it out...making a link...wierd, maybe it showed it having posted, but didn't actually do it. I'm really sorry, it's been done for a while. About an hour after I posted that last one. Cultist Light Armor Both are in one, again sorry about that. EDIT: I found the post...it popped up in the request of the other mod I worked on... that post incase you care. Should have checked it better I guess...
  24. I know of this, yes. Was hoping someone could provide me with step by steps for just this one specific situation though. Bottom of that page there's a link to http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Dialogue Does this meet what you needed?
  25. This is beautiful, but seems nothing ever came of it. Would be awesome to have something like this. I could get it in game as a quest reward and/or crafting, but I can't make the textures or meshes. So we'd need a nice artist for that.
