  1. It would help to at least acknowledge the virus scanning problem on the home page. I'm sure they are busy but a couple of minutes to let people know they are aware of the issue and are working on it goes a long way.
  2. I can't download many of the newer files. YUP for instance has been stuck in a virus scan for about 14 hours. The new Bozar textures are currently being scanned as well. Other files that were added even more recently are available. I don't think it's the file size since the ones that are stuck in a scan state are rather small by comparison.

  4. I'd bet the duration or magnitude on the candlelight/magelight were increased on some mod and the modder left the AUTOCALC setting on. As either of those go higher, the magicka cost shoots up.

  6. I have not found any ghost it does work correctly on. I console summoned a bunch of vanilla ghosts and did not get the effect to work. Maybe the damage was done but the shader does not work on ghosts? At master level it's hard to see the damage plus the health bars are not reliable. I judge it by the shader effect.
  7. I need advice on Ghosts. I'm writing a mod with a Magic Effect that causes a DoT on Undead, Vampires, Werewolves and Ghosts.I have it working very well with all except Ghosts. It does not seem to work on any Ghosts I've found in game as of yet. They are all "immune" to it's damage. Here are my Target Conditions. (FUNCTION NAME | FUNCTION INFO | COMP | VALUE | and/or) GetIsRace | Race: WerewolfBeastRace | == | 1 | OR HasKeyword | Keyword: ActorTypeUndead | == | 1 | OR HasKeyword | Keyword: ActorTypeGhost | == | 1 | OR IsUndead | NONE | == | 1 | OR Are ghost types just buggy or have I done something wrong? I use mods like Skyrim Immersive Creatures and other diffuculty mods that add NPCs and was having trouble with some of the added Draugr who were immune. Adding IsUndead | NONE | == | 1 | OR took care of that problem. I'm wondering if I missed something similar that would take care of Ghosts. I looked at the condtions of the SilverPerk which allows Silver Weapons to do +20 points of damage to Werewolves, Undead and Ghosts and they match my first 3 exactly.
  8. Apparently upping your uGrids has other issues. One of them is it can cause quest problems since some quests and encounters are based on when the grid loads this means loading too many grids can trigger an event when you are close enough to see or complete it. For instance the Companion's Giant Fight outside of Whiterun may finish long before you are close if you load too many grids. Not a vital encounter but a good example of what can happen. Also I read that it's a one way ticket as the grid info gets saved in your save game so switching it back can lead to an unusable save. Just some things to research and consider first.
  9. Willow is the best mod I've used in any game. Very well done. Good Things in Good Springs is a great player home. All the stuff you need in one place and a really smart location. Right across from Chet for easy vendor access. I recommend this video series for getting into FNV mod use. really well done. His mods are good too.
  10. I'm going to publish some new mods and I want to know if most players use Fook 1.10. I do and so some of the mods would have Fook as a requirement. I could create non-fook versions of some of the mods if the use of Fook is not common as I think it is.
