Are you even using Wrye Bash?

FYI - It would still be a good idea even in that scenario to increment your version number. Those that have downloaded 0.8.1 could see that there is a different file 0.8.2 and see in the change log that it is the same mod but a fixed archive. Yeah I agree. But it was up for 2 seconds, the file was set to hidden so no-one downloaded the file, so on this occasion I didn't find it really necessary.

Yeah, it seems to be an issue if you do the following: Upload a file with a specific version (0.8.1 in my case). Make a changelog for that version. Delete the old file (because I mis-uploaded it), and re-upload the file with the same version number. This breaks the changelog link.

I just get blank messages, as in every conversation is completely blank.

Is AA enabled in Oblivion or in your GPU graphical settings? -
I really like this, but could there possibly be a way to change the order of the logs within versions? Just so that you can always make sure the most important changes are at the top, and the least at the bottom, without having to delete them all just to re-order them.

A problem I see straight away is you're using just my Immersive Interiors Lights Addon (and an old version at that), without actually having Immersive Interiors installed. That will cause a crash because you're essentially missing a master.

I'll be perfectly honest here, I really wouldn't recommend even trying something like this. Say you go down the "picture" route. You'd have to make a special, rounded type picture or it will look flat and fake, this will obviously be a bit fiddly to do. Because of the different views available, you'll have to take a separate "interior view" picture for every single window on every single building, then create a separate mesh for every one of these. Think, 3-4 unique picture meshes per building, every building. That's a ridiculous amount of work, and a ridiculous amount of meshes and objects you'll need. Even if you do that, you'll then have to modify every exterior building mesh and change the windows so you can see through them for you to then be able to place the pictures. This is also a HUGE amount of work. Not only that, but you'll need to manually place every single view on every single window. The manpower to do all this would be simply impossible to be honest. The reason Immersive Interiors can work even with mods is because the interior cell is pretty much always the same, mods very rarely change the interior cell structure. Sure, using Better Cities or such will make the views not match up, but you'll never get any conflicts inside the interiors. Exteriors change all the time. Think better cities. You'll have hundreds of random pictures floating in the wrong places because the mod changes all the building placements. So you'll need to make a new version for Better Cities. And a new version for OCR. See the problem I'm getting at? Even if you physically modify the meshes to add the pictures directly, you'll break compatibility with Animated Window Lighting System, one of the most popular mods of all time. That's not a good thing. It's a nice idea. But pictures generally look a bit fake, and as shown the work required is absolutely huge. And any other methods, like using real meshes, would require even more work and would completely kill FPS. Just my opinion. But hopefully it makes sense to you all.

I'm really glad you like my mod, but there's a reason I don't do what you're proposing. Firstly the engine simply wasn't designed for doing this. Opening up even a few interiors into the Tamriel worldspace would absolutely slaughter your FPS due to the added furniture, statics, clutter and NPCs. Secondly, every single mesh will need to be re-done in order to have both the interiors and exteriors in a single mesh, which would be a HUGE job for even a large team of modders. Thirdly, this would be impossible anyway due to the exterior and interior meshes not lining up. I'm not talking like a bit bigger or smaller, some of the meshes are easily 25% bigger on the inside. You'd never be able to physically fit every interior mesh inside their exterior counterparts; even if you're just trying to create the "impression" that you can see inside, it simply won't work due to size differences. Lastly, the ground under the exterior meshes isn't lined up properly. There's hills, giant ditches, even bits of water under the exterior meshes, Bethesda didn't bother making these flat and smooth because you wouldn't see it in game. You'd need to practically re-do the whole landscape under every home or hut, which just isn't feasible. So unfortunately, this isn't possible. Maybe something for Skyrim, eh?

Why won't Oblivion even Load? - Posting Load order

Try just temporarily disabling OBGE. See if that solves anything. Nothing to do with the crash, but a little plug. I suggest you update Immersive Interiors too ;) -

I can help you decorate some cells if you wish :) I can't commit to anything major but I can help out. -
I have noticed you seem to be only using Immersive Interiors - Lights Addon.esp You need that AND the main mod to work. However you can merge Immersive Interiors.esp and the lights addon together without issues.

May I be cheeky and ask what world map you're using? It looks pretty awesome in those minimap screenshots. -
Squashing text happens to me too. However it's only on the first edit. If you correct it and then edit it again then linebreaks stay in your comment.
