do you use high definition textures(for mods) together with ENB? also shadow has a big impact on your fps

well what you said Hyacat is true but lets just say you want a specific setting wouldnt you want to check out some enb mods ? ofc you can also make your own combination of different mods whitout enb

you use FNIS? if not you need it EDIT: only if you are using some more animations you should use it then

village traders should have a little bit of everything but not high lvl items, i would suggest high level items only city traders but keep it moderate. Depending on how big you think the city is. about inn keepers its fine as they are selling food/drinks.
