  1. So I had a bit of trouble with the Civil War Overhaul mod... especially concerning Winterhold. At one point I was talking to an exiled Jarl Korir in Windhelm, and he offered me the Helm of Winterhold quest. I didn't take it 'cause I thought it might bug up the thane quest for the ACTUAL Jarl of Winterhold, Kraldar. Except now I'm not getting relevant dialogue options from either of them, and no console commands ever seem to be working. Can anyone help? I feel like I could solve this with console commands if I was just a little more educated in their use.
  2. Hmm, when I do this, even after uninstalling ENB, my Skyrim just crashes when trying to load. I couldn't find "fPostLoadUptimeMS," but I did find "fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS" which was set to 2000. Changed it to 800 and deleted the line you suggested... crash. Added "fPostLoadUptimeMS=800" on top of "fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=2000" and... crash. So I don't know what to do.
  3. Your mods are the reason I'm still playing New Vegas. Luckily you've inspired me to try different playstyles and learn new ways to appreciate the core game as well, so that's great. I recently started a new game and I got literally nauseous with excitement when I saw (quite unexpectedly) that you had come out of retirement, like countless badass characters, for one last glorious battle/mod. Now that I've updated to the newest versions of NVBI, NVBII, The Inheritance and Russell, I'm ready to re-experience it all and eagerly await the exciting conclusion. Might try King of the Ring too. ;)
  4. The way my character's hand and weapon are displayed in first-person is not how I want it. It IS the way I want it when I first load the game, as long as I was in 1st-person when I saved. But then when I switch to 3rd-person and back (which I do a lot), it changes. The final mod, FP gun follows crosshair, was not there when I noticed the problem and was actually a desperate attempt to fix it. Didn't work. What do I do? :(
  5. I found the culprit. Looked through my mods for any that could affect jumping and the only one I could think of was Tuckered Out. So I disabled it and sure enough, my character could jump again. I disabled it, entered my game, saved, then enabled it again, and got it working with jumps once more. I'll have to post this error on the mod page. Sorry for cluttering up your beautiful forum.
  6. So I've had this mod setup for a long time and never had a problem, didn't add any mods on this playthrough, but suddenly I noticed my character cannot jump. At first I thought something was wrong with my spacebar, but it works fine for text. If I reassign the jump key to anything else, it still won't work. I tried running without NVSE and my character could jump just fine. Loading through NVSE - no sir. Now this can't really be a mod issue, can it? I played for more than fifty hours with this exact setup with no problems. Tried running around awhile to see if it fixed itself, no luck. Tried resetting and everything. Help me :\

  9. Hello. I got my character trained up to 100 in the Heavy Armor skill, but equipped heavy armor still has 50% of its weight. Doesn't matter if I use vanilla or mod armors, or I'm wearing a full set or not, it always has weight. Is this a known glitch?   10. Even when I unequip EVERYTHING, the sword and shield are still visible in my character's hands. I can drop both the offending items and they still appear. Is this a known problem or should I post my mods?
  11. Just what the topic title says. All that glowy magical stuff just looks stupid to me and kills my immersion. I used to enchant weapons but now I don't because of that. Oh, I have a mod that removes the glow from enchanted weapons. That's great, but not what I'm looking for here. Is this possible to do without also stopping the absorb health SPELL effects? Even if not, that would be a sacrifice I'd be willing to make =P Basically I want absolutely no visual or aural indication that anything magical has happened. I want it to look and sound like a mundane, entirely non-magical fight.
