I was wondering what the policy on this was. DLC unlockers are something that would unblock locked content that would be normally have to be bought to unblock. I am assuming that this falls somewhere under the piracy policy. I DONT plan on posting any "mods" like this but I'm just curious.

I'm moving to a college later this summer and I'm wondering how that will affect the multiple accounts on a single ip thing, will I be banned or something?
