  1. Kifgat scowled, it seemed like the dragon was ignoring him maybe, sure was taking forever to respond... Did it fall asleep? Gaaah, time to bust out that patience from sniper training, he never was good at that. He did better in female form actually, more comfortable for long sittings, exoskeletons tend to be a little bumpy. <<ooc: sorry, just felt like I had to say something bout the GM being gone... I couldn't resist, and I really wanna continue, kind of deadlocked here. Hope he gets back soon>>
  2. Of course Fascism is socialist all of them are (democracy, communism, capitalism, liberalism and even conservatism) are all socialist ,those things are just tools of social change. As for the Nazis being socialist that was in name and name only ,they sit on the political scale as far right as you can go except maybe for the despotic form of government. Of course using the British health care system is a nonsensical basis of comparison ,you can't be casting the blame on any political ideology just because your politicians are too stupid or the British people too selfish to construct a workable health care system ,using something that's broken in and of itself is no evidence that another is better ,cause its broken.Your problem has more to do with your selves and your own personal disaffection with the whole thing. Think about it America in total is being overcharged in the range of 1 trillion + for their health care ,with that alone if they had Canada's health care system they could pay for ours and maybe yours in its entirety (not sure how much your costs ,but being as dysfunctional as you claim ,have to leave that as a maybe) so how exactly is the American system a measure of success ,sounds to me theirs is as broken as yours ,a rotten apple comparing itself to a rotten orange.Just flawed logic I understand you have already pointed out that the US system like yours has its problems and I agree liberal socialism has presented itself as a panacea but so has conservatism in the US and with each electoral go around they are really no farther ahead than when Reagan was in power ,almost dug themselves out under Clinton but then along came Bush. Anyhow neither system or its underlying ideologies seems to be able to totally solve the issue and maybe when it comes to health care nothing ever will , suppose that's the nature of people taking ill .its suppose to be trying ,just something you always gotta work at Ugh, I don't know whats worse, his punctuation, or his views. I do not like how this is running, seems to be teetering on the brink of an all out mud fight. I came close to firing a volley just now. I cannot say I agree with everything that comes out of the right, but I can say I agree with almost nothing that comes out of the left. The problem is that both are so entrenched that no REAL change can happen, Obama's slogan was "We need change" and he was right, but he will not be delivering it, and the question becomes: what KIND of change do we need? Surely not a complete run toward socialism, and also not a sprint toward total capitalism, which amounts to anarchy. Neither one sounds preferable. I believe we need more variety in our political landscape, as is we are forced to try and balance two squabbling giants, both of whom would crush us if they ever defeated the other. This is a bad situation, the twin party system just does not work. If we had more maybe we could actually find a group that is devoted to our views. Also, the whole government has turned to much to politics. We do not need politicians, we need leaders, men and women of solid judgment, not fools with silver tongues.
  3. I did, in that order, same exact errors, anyone know of another program (free) that can be used? I am having too much trouble with this.
  4. Same as before, "python Script Error, check console" And on the console Import Error: no module named nif_common Can Someone help me? I cannot find answers anywhere, and I figure there has to be a modder here sommewhere who knows what the problem is. I sure as heck don't. I got a bunch of errors during install. I tried redownloading, got errors again.
  5. i will try it. If It works, thank you, if not, thank you anyway for trying, will update shortly!
  6. Tell me Neko, how will the left wing's policies help our economy? And how will the right wing's policies drive it into the guter? I see it as the other way around.
  7. "Hmm, odd, a inter-dimensional bridge zone perhaps? Linked to water? Interesting in its physical attributes I am sure. Anyway, is there anyone around here? Or is it just forest and wild beasts? Perhaps i am not the only one who just got here? One could theorize that two realms may be close together, and a bridge to one may touch upon another, perhaps creating a larger chance of multiple crossovers should one occur?" Kifgat half asked, half mused, he mused a lot, came with making a living stopping things before they start. His gut suddenly wrenched, his insides had just begun to rearrange themselves, they started usually two months before molting, although he had used so many drugs to control the changes he had become somewhat unpredictable in his patterns when left to their natural course.
  8. Kifgat smirked, or the closest he could to smirking, "cannibalism is not uncommon among my kind, we do it as a funeral procedure, and lots of salt is involved. I once had to eat one of my kind without salt, revolting, but I was very hungry at the time, trapped in a cargo hold for a month. unexpected or we would have brought food." "And as for the presence of dietys in my realm, it is a matter of proven fact they exist, I once saw a priest return a man to full life, not zombiehood, a feet impossible for our magic. And the concept of an amoeba like world, what would happen if I went straight up? Where would I come out? Or straight down? Would I at some point reach the middle and have a disorienting moment where up and down were relevant but east and west were not? You do not have to answer that if you do not want to, just musing." he said. This could be an interesting place, very interesting. "How did you know I landed on anything, hmm? Did you see my pod come down? And is there anyone around here I could meet up with, anyone else lost maybe? I am sure you are busy with the whole 'dragon' thing"
  9. Obama's policies are ineffective, the "jobs" he creates are all government jobs, and in some cases will temporarily hire someone, get rid of them, then hire them again, and call that two jobs made. Also, most everything that has been done about the economy is simply an inflation of the problem, the bailout especially. These banks and other corporations will just continue in the practices that led to this, and then they will fail again, either needing more bailout money, or collapsing the economy worse than they would have to begin with. Eventually we WILL have to face a depression, we cannot keep postponing the inevitable through socialist tactics. And at the end we will be stronger, our economy will be reforged in the fires of it's previous failure. People will learn to take better care of their money, people will learn important lessons in the hardships. We have done it before, we can do it again. Just because times are hard does not mean we should give up on freedom and liberty, and turn to the so called "security" of slaves in a socialist state, slaves to our neighbors and government, who have no need to worry, just work under the whip of the system, it's robbery of our rights and our souls. I think that rational heads will stop any socialist movement here, and if things get bad enough, we will fight for our freedom, just like we did so long ago. If we do not, then we no longer have the right to call ourselves Americans, either way America will never be socialist.
  10. Kifgat looked up to see the dragon descending. He had not seen a dragon in years, and was very unfamiliar with them. He knew however that they were intelligent, and when the dragon spoke he knew he might have a chance to not get eaten, and maybe get some information "Greetings to you too, Dragon," Kifgat responded, his time among politicians telling him to be polite, "May I ask what corner of existance this island occupies? I think I was somewhere else fifteen minutes ago..." He would rather not offend the giant fire-breathing lizard. He had no desire to risk injury when it can be avoided. "I will go ahead and tell you, I do not taste very good, so unless you have a lot of salt with you, do not try and eat me."
  11. Kifgat stopped, he had realized something. The planet he had crashed on was in a binary star system. It sat between two stars slightly smaller than average. However, this planet was far too cool to be in a state of constant sunlight. Also, the planet had only one body of water, slightly smaller than the Earth's Gulf of Mexico. He used earth bodies of water because his planet had only a network of streams and rivers. The problem was that these waters did not have enough salt content, as a lone body of water of that size would contain enough salt you could practically walk on it. This was not the planet he had crashed on. He immediately issued a series of chirps, whistles, and clicks that when translated would make a lifelong sailor drop his jaw. He wasn't going anywhere, and he needed to figure out where he was, and how he had gotten here. He had lost the voices in the silver forest, and he could not tell where he was, this was getting really bad, really quick. He walked a bit, and came out into a clearing, and just sat down, he needed to rest and figure this out...
  12. Funny thing, I once randomly shot a large radius, low power fireball acrost the imperial city, it hit some guards, and instead of trying to kill me or arrest me they immediately went into flee mode, funny as crap. Also when I used the Staff of Worms to create a little line of people that all dropped in a line, like dominos.
  13. Kifgat slammed viciously into the steel of the pod, it was solid construction, made to survive reentry, and the water pressure did not help much. He would have trouble swimming up, his exoskeleton caused him to lack buoyancy, but he was strong enough to do it. He would need to break out soon, he was at thirty feet and dropping. Finally, the door gave a little, and a gush of water poured in. He shoved his hands into the crack and pulled, splitting the pod in two, he gulped in the last bit of air before it escaped, and began to swim up, when he reached the surface, his lungs burning and struggling for breath, he began to tread water, he turned in a circle and saw a island not far from him, he set out, and did his best to let the surf carry him onto the shore, although he had to help stay afloat. He crawled onto the shore and lay on his back, he was not sure where he was, just that he had no communications equipment, he had no chance when the ship blew. He would be unable to send a message home, and it was unlikely that a rescue operation would come, this had been a black op. Even if he did they probably would not find him. He was unable to send any signal, and would not until he molted and could use magic again. He let loose a long high whistle, a curse that had no equivalent in human speech, He was MIA, and would probably stay that way. "Well, I guess I need to find out whats here," he said to himself, "Just cause I am lost does not mean I should give up living," He picked himself up, and turned to the treeline, they were silvery, but he was not overly impressed by alien flora, although these looked suspiciously like plants from earth, except the color difference. He walked up to the treeline and heard voices, sounds he could recognize, but not make out from here, dropping low to the ground and drawing his knife and pistol he placed his hand into the tiny cavity that was the safety, arming the weapon. It expanded some and let loose a hiss of air, the pink flesh within showing, he spat into the weapon's reservoir and advanced through the trees toward the voices, his gun in his right hand, his knife in his left, no idea what he was getting himself into, nor what it is he hears... <<ooc: I should have mentioned that the gun was organic in my character sheet, it does not make much difference though, the effects are the same>>
  14. Well, there was no need to quote yourself. I may give it a try, it looks.... interesting lol. Anyway, I hope your mod gets made. Good Luck. May the force be with you!
  15. Well, I guess if it were possible it would have been done already eh? And I did not make the topic, if I were making requests I would have read it.
  16. When I walk into town naked and kill all the people with my bare hands. Nothing is funnier than a decapitated head. And it makes me giggle when I drink the blood of my victims. Hey, vampires gotta eat too! No, what is really funny is that I was level one at the time...
  17. OK, I believe it could use the Yao-Gua animations, with some modifications to the mesh for tail, mane, etc. Of course such a thing is lazy, and it would be all around better if it used a new one IMO, but most modders (and game programmers) will take the easy way when they can. Also, what game is that?
  18. Could it be done I wonder? Can a special gun be created that is dual wielded? I am not so familiar with fallout's inner workings, but knowing how many different guns there are can a new kind be applied? IOW: Is the whole "rocket launcher, pistol, minigun, assault rifle" animation set set in stone? Can a new kind be added?
  19. Khajiit, custom class "Badass" H2H and unarmored, he is still in his youth, and is steadily working to become a feared and dangerous man! I have no backstory for him, he is making his own story as he goes along!
  20. I played Morrowind for about six months, played Oblivion for about a year, then went on a console FPS spree. Now, I have returned to Morrowind, grew a liking for modding, matured enough to stop cheating 24/7 and found myself right at home. LONG LIVE MORROWIND!
  21. Khajiit. I love being a Khajiit. I play sneaky hand to hand unarmored, and I whup up on some nubs LOL. It is great. Come on by my penthouse, we do skooma and moonsugar together!!!!
  22. This is not a subject I can vote on, I love every city in Morrowind, except during blight storms. I have always spent the most time in Balmora, but i would not say I like it any better than the rest. Also, some of the most lovable cities IMO are not on the list here. Sad, I say.
  23. i like the grazelands, or whatever you call the area around Vos. Just nice, open, and all around great. If Morrowind had forests those would be my favorite though.
  24. Ok, I have a model sitting in my documents (untextured and i have no idea how it looks in-game) but i cannot get blender to export it to a nif format. Can someone help please? i keep getting errors about modules, if someone can tell me what to do that would be great.... Or if someone could let me e-mail it to them and they convert it to .nif, that would be great too. This is my first time, so yeah....
  25. I'm with ol' George Washington on this whole political parties thing, it is bad. But we have em right? might as well make the best of it. Sliding off topic here though.
