So I was sitting playing Skyrim, opening a chest, and I though to myself "Self, what if the chest opening sound played when you opened a non-lockpick or key required chest." I then realized that would probably be awesome and proceeded here to voice my idea. Thoughts? -Gpg

Just had this same problem - occurred after feeding as vamp lord. I couldn't move via controls, but whirlwind sprint and vamp change both worked. I was able to fix it by reloading my latest outside save.
