Try running the game with NVSE if you aren't already. If it still doesn't work, use BOSS and make sure none of your mods are conflicting or anything.

Are you using any mod loader in particular? NMM, BOSS, or just the regular launcher?

How come you have all four of the pre-order bonus packs?

Try using Nexus Mod Manager to uninstall all mods you aren't using instead of just moving the .esp out of the data folder, because most of the time you'll miss something. Also be sure to check all your mods for compatibility issues, and make sure that if they require a certain order that they be put in that order.

So pretty much, at random times while playing NV, one of my guns will stop working. And it doesn't necessarily happen with just one either. Pretty much what will happen is I'll shoot the gun, I'll lose ammo, feel the recoil, hear the sound, but no projectile will come out, and nothing will happen to whatever I was shooting at. There doesn't appear to be a cause for this at the moment. There are no disabled mods. To clarify, this is happens to any gun randomly. The only one it appears to be constant with is the Laser Screwdriver from the Fallout Who Vegas mod.
