  1. In its most recent announcement, and besides showing a very expensive GPU, Nvidia presented a new modding tool called "RTX Remix" which looks fantastic. https://wccftech.com/rtx-remix-could-revolutionize-modding-even-if-its-not-compatible-with-dx10-yet/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vg52-HZhrFc What do you guys think? Could this bring amazing improvements to classic games? I can't wait to see how Fallout 3 and New Vegas would look with RTX implemented.
  2. Hi people, I need some help here with the hoarding feeling. I don't understand why but in games like Skyrim, and now Fallout 4, I have the incredible urge to grab EVERYTHING. It doesn't help that fallout 4 uses stuff for crafting. Having to stop every few meters to go stash stuff burns me out on the long run and I end up dropping the game. Does anyone have this issue? Do you make rules against this or use mods?
  3. Ok, so the revive effect is not from a vanilla legendary but from a mod The legendary Overhaul (name of the effect is unstable). And scripts can be removed by using a mod/tool called FallrimTools. Still dont know how to remove the offending script. Edit: Searched for the effect in fallrim tools (unstable in search bar), tried to delete every script that was related to it. No dice. Tried also to deactivate the mod. Didn't work. Either im blaming the wrong mod or i'm not deleting the right things. Either way, seems like i'm stuck in a somewhat broken save. oh well.
  4. Is there a mod that shows in the workbench the weapon/armor mods i have for the equipment? So that one can see in a glance if the weapon should be scrapped or sold?
  5. Hey people, I've been playing the game for a while now and i noticed whenever i finish a battle my hp gets restored to full. I have no idea when did it start but i have a guess it was because of a legendary helmet's effect, the one that was supposed to revive you once every five hours (it heals all your hp). This equipment worked exactly once and never revived me again, that is why i think something broke with its effect. I don't have any other effects or perks that heall my character. So is there a way to see the scripts active and disable something?
  6. I dont think its possible, or at least its highly unlikely due to copyright stuff. Its the same reason there cant be mods that use assets from morrowind in skyrim for example.
  7. Just my five cents, there are also those people who wont play fallout 4 until a sale or a definitive version appears. Mods for new vegas certainly will help scratch that itch.
  8. Do you guys know if theres a similar mod to legacy of the dragorn but for Fallout new vegas? For those that dont know its a museum/house mod where you can display the weapons and armor you earned on your quests. And not just mannequins.
  9. Considering fallout is about t be released id like to suggest an improvement to the site, that might benefit nmm as well. In some mods there are compatibility patches to make them work with other mods, for example Legacy of the dragonborn adds stuff if you have immersive armor and weapons and other mods. Or in the case of patches created by other users like perma patches, it has a different page and is mentioned briefly in perkus maximus page. My idea is, when adding mods to nexus you click add a file, in Type of file or somewhere add an option like related to: mod name. So when you click download with nmm, the software could see the list of your installed/downloaded mods and inform you of compatibility patches. And in the optional files part of the mod pages there could be a button that takes you to the related mods. I understand theres the required files button but when you havent yet decided on all the mods you wish to keep, one may not notice a mod has compatibility patches with a mod you just downloaded, hence my idea. Im not sure if its been mentioned already or if theres already an option like this already.
  10. It is a pity, the developer may get frightened of lunching a modkit for their other games.
  11. Really cool. Thats exactly the kind f thing i was searching for. Do you have an ETA for the fixes? Also, would it be terrible complicated to do a cut down version? Or you could place mannequins in separate rooms of 10, so it wouldnt get so heavy on the card.
  12. Does this mod exists already? Its been a long while but something like this is really interesting.
  13. You could also try the mod Oblivion Stutter Remover, though i dont know how effective it would be for you.
  14. Do you have oblivion mod manager? If im not mistaken it does the archive invalidation automatically.
  15. Download Game companion (from the nexus oblivion), it will make your game run in fake fullscreen mode and probably solve your problem.
