Your argument doesn't make any sense at all, it's like you are saying that movies sold badly because people watched it online, not because the movie sucked so hard that no one wanted to watch it. Youtuber gamers make money, but NO ONE is paying them in order to WATCH their videos. You can go to any partnered youtuber and his content will be there for anyone to watch. If a modder releases a mod behind a pay wall, no one will get access to it unless they PAY for it.

That's good to hear. And may I ask a mod to keep this topic going? In case of another case like this shows up?

Like you, my pc is not that all great to run tons of mods like alot of people can, so what I did first, was look for ENB's that didn't hit hard on my fps and also looked good. I tested alot to find one that met both requirements. After that, I tried some textures too see how far I could push it, without sacrifincing too much. Also, people that run with tons of mods only do it so to take screenshots, in most cases, it's almost impossible to play with too many effects together. I remember a guy by the name of Shunreal, he's screenshots were amazing, and his computer specs were also impressive and still, when he fired everything up to take a ss, he said he's fps would drop from 60 to 10. So, in the end, it all depends on what you want, be able to play with somewhat good looking graphics, or just take ss to show off. Same here, First time I installed, it was pretty ok, but after a mod made me CTD all time, I had to re-install it and the flickering began since then. There's one thing that I haven't tried(not counting the format) that is unistalling the game, then going into the registers and delete any entry related to the game, but only do it if you know how to do it, or you will end up formating your pc.

I've got the same problem and my gpu is an AMD, not nvidia. But I just gave up on trying to fix it. Too much trouble for a little detail.

Everytime the games tries to bring up the vendor list of the Vendortron in the Gun Runners shop, it's CTD. I though it would be a mod, so I deactivated everything and tried with the vanilla game, but still, it crashes. I've also tried to verify for bad files using steam, but nothing changed. Does any one might have a clue?
