I know everyones playstyle is different and I would classify myself as someone who's primaries when playing is immersion and story/lore. That is, I like to play as immersive as possible, while at the same time I want to explore every nook and cranny with my main to explore everything and try to get every piece of lore information and see all vistas etc with my "main" character. The immersion and wanting to see everything does clash a little bit though, because for immersions sake I like to remove the compass and my player arrow on the map, so that I feel a little lost and have to navigate around without any pointers. This of course makes it a little bit harder to find every location in the game, since I don't see their icons on my compass. If I play with another character later I might stumble on a location I have not seen with my main, and I like to go back to my main at some point to explore that location with my main also. To make a long story short, I would love a mod where I can export the whole map with all locations I have discovered, maybe to an pdf or an image. I could then cross reference this to see what locations I have discovered with some of my alt characters that I might not have discovered on my main yet. Is there anything like this out there for Skryim (or any other TES or Fallout game maybe..?)

Full Controller Support and Xbox 360 UI Mod for Oblivion PC

I would also love this. The main reason I like to play with a controller is because it lets you adjust how fast or slow you are moving with the analog stick. Would it be possible to add this to a mod? -
LE Elder Scrolls Online total remake in Skryim engine?
mileafly replied to mileafly's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
Won't Beyond Skyrim essentially achieve something similar, admittedly in a different time period? How do you mean the same thing? I am not completely aware exactly what Beyond Skryim does, do it have quests from ESO? Or are all quests custom made? -
LE Elder Scrolls Online total remake in Skryim engine?
mileafly posted a topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
I have been playing ESO a bit, but it really sucks as a TES game and does not even feel like one (It feels like WoW with a TES skin rather) I basically only play it because I want to experience the lore and the dialogue etc. But it got me thinking, it would be the coolest thing ever if some team who does things like Skywind etc would make a similair remake, but for ESO. They could take all the voice acting and quests but make it in Skyrim engine to actually make the gameplay fun and interesting and some of the quests could perhaps be "fleshed out" a bit to be longer and more interesting but still involve the same dialogue etc. Also it would be a good project to do modular I think since there are so many areas and landmasses in ESO that is separate. So for example there could first be a release of the Alikir Desert for example, then another for Black March etc etc. Of course it would be quite a lot of work involved, but I think as far as remakes go it would be the most interesting to play, since most people still think Morrowind and Oblivion are great games before, and the remakes are just another way to experience them again, but ESO is kind of sucky and a remake would actually provide something that many players would not have seen before. -
After playing Elder Scrolls Online quite a bit now I have noticed that a lot of the NPC:s and questgivers are either gay or interracial couples (Argonian with Elf etc) Just curious if this have always been a part of the TES universe in prior games with a lot of gays and interracial couples, or if this is something that is unique to ESO, because I can't remember seeing it before, though I just might have just missed it.

Sorry but what does this mean? Can I use my old ENBS?
-
I wonder if I can just drop in my old ENB:s that I used back with regular version of Skyrim into Special Edition? Or will I need to use updated ENB:s made for Special Edition?

Sleeping On Couches, Modding advice or Someone add it :)
mileafly replied to joeymetts13's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
Does it make all couches in the game sleepable though? Also have someone removed the extremely annoying thing with only being able to sleep 5 hours on a matress, that is the most dumb thing ever. They could just have it so you won't get the rested bonus if you don't sleep in a nice bed. -
Any lightweight armorsmith style mod?
mileafly replied to mileafly's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
About being able to put ballistic weave on everything, will not that make you very OP easy? What armors could you put ballistic weave on in the vanilla? Could you put it on even the most powerful armors? Or was it just on less powerful armors? -
Any lightweight armorsmith style mod?
mileafly replied to mileafly's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
1. The new armors that it adds are crafting only, you wont find them out in the world unless you yourself craft them. 2. Ballistic Weave STILL requires one to work with the Railroad and complete the DIA cache mission before it unlocks, Armorsmith does not change that requirement. The idea that you want the options that Armorsmith already provides via another mod, when no other mod exists and would directly compete with Armorsmith is self defeating. Thanks. About 1, are these new armors and upgrades something that you can craft i any station, or is it a specific station? The requirements for building armors and upgrades with skills and parts are still modified though from what I could gather? -

No one? -
Any new ENB mods since this post was made?

I really like the idea of being able to wear multiple armorpieces where it makes sense. Like for example wearing a gasmask and a helmet at the same time etc. But I don't like how the Armorsmith mod changes so much other things like adding new armors, remaking all the requirmenets and adding ballistic weave to everything without having to unlock it in a quest etc. Is there a mod that lets you wear things that make sense at the same time, but does not touch other things so much compared to vanilla?

Do I still need to adjust the ini for mods to work?
mileafly replied to mileafly's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
Why is it crashing when I add it? If I add it, my game crashes after trying to load a save. If I remove it, it works. -

I don't see why all couches should be sleepable, at least if they look like you could sleep on them in the real world. Many couches in the game looks way more comfortable to sleep on than the matresses. -

Also really want this. It is super annoying to not find a bed and not being able to sleep on the sofa! I mean it looks super comfortable, it is so silly. Also really hate the fact that you can only sleep a few hours in a sleeping bad, what is up with that? (on survivor) -

Hm my game actually crash if I add this, so it must be outdated? -
The most important factor when upgrading the graphics in Skyrim for example is to get a nice ENB. But is there any really good ENB:s out yet for Fallout 4, or is there some reason they are "delaying"? Is there some things that needs to be waiting for the GECK to come out before a proper ENB can be made? I have seen some ENB:s in the files but I have not tried any of them yet, and they don't look to be as high quality with proper nice DoF etc like the ones you can find for Skyrim? I am just a bit unsure why this is since it is the same engine?

Is there any mod out there that remove the messages and sound when you increase a skill? I would find it more immersive to just have your skills grow "silently" as you play without notifications and a "fanfare" every time they lvl up.
-
One thing that have always irretated me a bit and taken away from the realism and immersion is that NPC:s never loot a body they kill. Or care if the player loot bodies. For example you can come across some stormcloaks and imperials fighting, and after they are done and one side wins they will just walk away from the corpses without checking for any valuables. And they don't care either if the player acts like some kind of vulture that sweeps in after the battle is over to just take all the riches for themselfs.. Would love to see a mod where the NPC actually loot corpses they have killed, and where they can get mad at the player if they feel the player took something that they did not earn.

Any mod that removes quest from compass completely?
mileafly posted a topic in Oblivion's Discussion
I want to find some mod that removes the quest marker from the compass but still show a map marker on the big map. So far the closest thing I have come is Map Marker Overhaul http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/26389/? It has a setting for realism that claims to do this, and it does it halfly, in that it does remove the quest marker from the compass "ingame" but it still shows up when going into the inventory on the compass. I found another mod that removes the markers completely by making the images transparent, but that also removes the marker from the map so then it becomes almost impossible to know where to go. Is there any way to remove the marker from the compass both in inventory and ingame? The only thing I can do now is to activate the quest I want to see on the big map and then activate another quest that does not have a marker, but that is really not optimal at all.. -
Thanks!

I dont seem to be able to erase letters with delete
-
I am using a journal mod so I am writing a bit and have been using backspace to erase letters. However I have noticed that every time I press the backspace key when in Oblivion, no matter what I do the game seems to freeze up for a second or so. Do anyone know why this happens? It is really annoying when trying to erase letters since it makes everything freeze for every letter you try to erase. :/
