More then I can say for my local Library's system. A breach in THAT database would be catastrophic (note, it sends you your old password via email, that should give you an idea of how terrible it is)

More then I can say for my local Library's system. A breach in THAT database would be catastrophic (note, it sends you your old password via email, that should give you an idea of how terrible it is)

I'm not deleting everything remotely resembling dsound.dll in a fit of panic. Only thing I've done is removed an windows.old folder. Which was left from my Windows 8 upgrade

Thanks for the tips Sunshinenbrick. I've been looking for the latest DirectX win 10 update but the link above is for Win 7 and 8. After that MS seemed to have buried it in Windows Update and their Win 10 help page is a disaster. I tried the end-user software but that does not seem to work with Win 10.

If anyone knows how to sort DirectX in Win 10, would love to know thank you!
