  1. In response to post #45271435. This exactly ! Shame because most of my essential mods are now ported and I was looking forward to paying Skyrim SE.... sigh .... Oh well
  2. This looks that it might be the mod I have been looking for since I finished my first playthrough of skyrim. My main interest is not really combat, it's more RP and immersion so I was never interested in mods making enemies stronger or having more powers. But I've always been frustrated by the very low level of intelligence in all the adversaries we face. Some mods like Duel, ASIS, Enemy AI Overhaul help some, enemies fight better as in have more finesse, the attacks parry will be better timed and they will heal, but still something is missing that you described perfectly in your video. My personal experience with AI lack of "smartness" is this : I play a sneack archer. I have of course downloaded enough mods so that my opponenents detect me in a more realistic manner (line of sight, light/shadow, type of armor, running/walking, activating a trap or making any kind of noise) and if I kill one of their team where at least one of them can see they will raise the alarm and not stop looking until they find me or an extremly long time has passed. Seems fine, right ? Well there is still a major fault unfortunately : They see one of them fall dead, if they are close enough they should even know it's from an arrow, they become alert, call all their allies close enough to hear their warning and ... run where the NPC has fallen placing themselves exactly where it's the most dangerous, in front of my arrows. Speccialy if it's a corridor, they will just come running and fall dead one after the other... it's depressing ! :( Worst even, if there is a trap between their position and the one they want to investigate they will activate it and die one after the other even if they see what happened to the x other before them. What I would like to see is them approching to investigate much more carefully. Taking cover when they can, keeping their distance with the body, not coming all at the same time but maybe sending one or two scouts to check out where the enemy came from. And if someone comes close enough or was close enough to see it's an arrow that killed the npc then they should all take cover and look for the places an arrow could have come from. And as for the traps, it's their dungeon, it's their trap they should know where it is and avoid it if possible, stay on hte other side of it otherwise or at the very least not fall into it if they see one of them die from it or if it's obvious like the swinging axes. Your video with the dungeon was nice but it's, as many other mods more geared towards "non sneak" fighting tactics, nowhere to hide and all very bright there. If you manage to do the same kind of thing with a stealth character, melee or ranged in mind then I will be more than glad to test it as much as you need and will gladly put in on my "must have permanently on my load order" list once it's finished :D
  3. I have the same issue than you, it has been a problem for 12 or 13 hours now, before that it worked perfectly with the same version of firefox, no change at all on my computer. I tried with IE and same goes, so it's not a firefox issue. At first when launching IE I had the full page but as son as I logged in, the page refreshed and the same issue appeared. I tried the same on firefox : I logged out and I have access to all the pages normally. I logged in and I don't see more than the banner except if I type the direct link to a mod page. Here is what I get when I'm not logged in : And here when I am
  4. You need to follow the main quest up to the moment you fight the first dragon that is attacking Whiterun. If you don't you wont have any dragons in your game .
  5. An other hint : Once you finish all the quests in Solitude related to the palace, when you go there during the day she's asleep. Says something about a lot of people wanting your blood out there too. But as everybody else here havn't found any quiest related so far. Well that will probably change with DLC or mods
  6. I killed the King, took the key, went out and at the exitThonar silver blood was there to thank me, give me his ring as a reward and give me my stuff back. So either way you get your stuff back or it's a bug
  7. The attributes affected a lot besides just health, stamina and magika. Depending on wich ones you raised first, you could have two chars ending with all your attributes at 100 and a different amount of health/stamina and magika. A char with poor speechcraft skill but high personality would be able to persuade as well as another char with high speechcraft skill and poor personality and I could go on and on and on with this. I wouldn't have said it exactly the same way, I never though it was because of the console gamers that they did that, I don't think that console gamers are more dumb than PC gamers. But I completely agree with the disapointment, I feel the same. It's more like they are changing the ES series in an action/FPS game and not an RPG anymore. You just have to look at the quest system, no more journal now you are told exactly what to do, where, when and how to do it. I'm enjoying the game don't get me wrong, but once I'll have finished it once, maybe twice I'm pretty sure I won't play it again, as it happened with Oblivion. Morrowind on the other hand I'm still playing it and I'll ontinue doing so as long as my computer will be able to run it. I even downloaded arena and dagerfall and had a blast with those despite the poor graphics and combat system.
  8. Bound bow is a solution, but not for stealth archers as it makes noise/light and all the mobs will spot you the second you enter the room with you bow. Bit I as many others play an almost 100% archer char and I never had any shortage of arrows. But I'm not fussy bout witch ones I use ;) I just wish for a mo that allows me to enchant the arrows instead of the bows. Because carrying 2 sets of arrows (frost/fire) is ok, carrying 2 dwarven or ebonite bows (frost/fire) is no fun at all.
  9. Well count more or less 80 for all the potions/scrolls. Add to it 50 for all the quest items you can't drop because the quest is still going on or it's finished but bugged, 1 set of weapon/shield and 2 dwarven bows (fire/cold) 2 pairs of boots (resiste fire/shock) only one set of armor but as the boots it's heavy one and I don't remember what else and just going in a dungeon without any loot I already carry almost 200. Add a couple of dragon parts to the that and your average Mage/Thief is stuck. Exactly. It's to the point that I have to fast travel a lot whe I would prefer not using that ever. So I would trade the fast travel against a weightless mod or item anyday.
