Its illegal thats why. The Nexus does not support Mods for 360 because its illegal. We dont make the rules, Xbox does.

In essence it is a Community Project, but I have throughly asked permission to use these resources and also some of these resources are free to use regardless. Some even say free to use regardless if credit is given But I feel that Its always nessessary to link to the original Author and Mod. Im just hoping I can make something of this as many other people have suceeded already such as the Mothership Zeta Crew Mod (I have not played it extensively manly due to teh fact Fallout 3 keeps dying on my with CTDs way too oftern even with patchs, fixes and tweaks. NV is proving much more stable, probably I do not have mods that alter the game basics yet.

"RETURN OF THE MIDWESTERN BROTHERHOOD OF STEEL" ==== Hello, I'm Draken and since I uploaded my Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel mod for Fallout New Vegas, I have had a lot of interest and offers of help, voice Acting and the like in whitch this has encouraged me to make a go at this idea with as much gusto and desire I have at this. So far there is not current Story Structure as of yet nor any Quests or dialogue released. ( LORD DARIUS13 has infact created a sort of intro quest telling where to find the Bunker itself. Still no proper developments to say right now as its a "mish & mash" of things. Stay tuned. I do aim to not create that. === What this Mod does in V1 ==== Currently it adds a Guarded Bunker north of New Vegas, check the screenshots for exact location. These BoS are not hostile, even if you side with the NCR and wear thier Armor. I have tested this myself and these BoS are nutral to you, even if your a Member of the NCR or BoS as they will NOT side with you if you are under attack. I plan to create some sort of interaction with the Vanilla and Midwest BoS some how but, like I said I need help. This adds a large arrange of Custom Weapons with own models, textures and Fire sounds, most of the weapons are from DaiShiHUN who has freely given me permission to use all his resources. I not made complete usage of the Weapons as some have scripting with them in witch I was not able to merge the esps, due to something conflicting with the NV Plugin esp Merger and I cant recreate the weapons and thier scripting in GECK as I simply dont know how. Have a gangder: "I havent played many other fallout games, but as I understand it: MidWest BOS are more open minded about aiding factions. I imagine if they had good reason (IE: they had some kind of strong motivation) to help one faction or the other they would. They arent like the normal BoS in that they worship techonology to the point of fanaticism- these guys are more likely to survive where the old BoS order is dying off. The Mid-west BoS come from a relatively strong power base in (you guessed it,) elements of the mid-western states located "sort of" near the california coast. Check the vault wiki on them for more details. They seem to be much more militant in their activities compared to old school BoS troops that only patrol the wastes in search of tech. Because the mid-west BoS dont place as high an emphasis on the gathering and conservation of technology, they would have less power armor suits. Recruits and auxilliaries likely outnumber the knights and paladins of these BoS by now, and an expeditionary force in the mojave likely would be comprised of perhaps two platoons of actual BoS Knights/paladins, and about 3-4 platoons of these "recruits"- who would probably be wearing anything from metal, to combat armor. NCR reasons for supporting the mid-west BoS: -"enemy of my enemy is my friend" mindset- the mid west could be persuaded to wage war on the legion, thus improving NCR odds, and their quarreling with BoS forces could be useful as it would allow BoS bases previously hidden to be located and destroyed with mid-west intel. Alternatively mid-west BoS forces might end up destroying their counterparts themselves with NCR help -The mid west DO have power armor, and appear to have a means of creating new suits (which is slow and meticulous, im sure), and the NCR does need technology in its fight. LEGION reasons for supporting the mid-west -Caesar might take a personal interest in them -Depending on where you locate them, Caesar may be interested in using them to flank major NCR frontlines, and use them to strike in the NCR's flank or rear and wreak havoc. -Caesar might be persuaded to give up on his hatred of technology (would require a high speech check) in which case he allies himself with the midwest to better gain technology and knowledge. -Most of Caesars forces are generally incompetent, the mid west could help fill a niche in the Legion battleline as elite assault infantry- a role that caesars own forces more often than not fail at due to lack of professional training, protective gear, and weaponry. MR.HOUSE reasons for supporting mid west BoS: -Competent soldiers, an excellent way to keep the clans of vegas in line- securitrons would not be able to hold back all four at once. -Access to a large swath of territory to lord over and subtly influence -potentially useful technology ? artifacts ? -tips the balance of power further in houses' favor. YES MAN reasons: -You happen to like the BoS and would like to see them have a presence in NV -You make a deal to help keep the clans in line in exchange for allowing the midwest BoS access to new vegas (perhaps replacing the old ncr embassy, or something) -Having a large dominion support your rise to power always helps legitimize it -Mid-West BoS forces become your own personal army through careful political maneuvreing that sees you become chapter master of the Mojave Mid-west BoS chapter (see below) IDEA: becoming chapter master of the Mojave Mid-west BOS: Done by completing a long quest chain, at the conclusion of which you can decide to leave the current chapter master in his place and make him your puppet, submit your fealty to the current chapter master and recieve some kind of benefit and become his right hand man, or kill him and declare yourself chapter master. when you do this, you get to align the faction yourself, letting you choose to help out NCR, legion, or whatever. Merge Esps for New Vegas, where can I find a Tool that does that? I use TESGecko for Oblivion but it does not do that. I just want to save time on creating New Esps for a mod idea of mind. Instead of recreating the weapons, armor and such all over again in a New Esp. ~Draken

Hello, I am no stranger to the CS nor stranger to mods in general but I think the following ideas I have had floating around in my head are a bit advanced for myself to undertake alone. Anyways: Idea 1: Legion Vampire Detatchment. Lets say that a few Legion Soldiers are stricken with Vampirism but still loyal to the Empire, they have proven themselfs invalible to the service to the Late Emperor Uriel Septim. They are regulated ofcourse with Experienced officers who know how to deal with Vampires. These misfits could be used to infiltrate Vampire Havens and caverns and gain insight and info about any nearby Vampire nests and even info on any planned attacks and whatnot. I know there is mods out there that do an excellent job of you joining the Legion, I know I have 3 mods currently installed working perfectly well with each other that say Im part of the Imperial Legion 3 times, that, if your a Vampirebut still wish to serve the Legion, make you past a test or so like you have to free a few Legion soldiers being captive for future feeding on or kill a head Vampire that has been pluaging a nearby town? An interesting concept that is not only lore friendly but immersive for you Vampire lovers who also love the Legion too. Idea 2: Dedra Prince Wars. Im suprised that this has not been done yet, create a mod that Dagon invades the Shivering Isles and battles Sheogorath for dominion. As Sheogorath has sucessfully opened up a portal to Tamriel, Dagon hears of this and decides to wage a campaign for control of the Shivering Isles and thus the portal to Tamriel. With Dremora against the Mazken & Aureals, Daedra battles are intense, bloody and explosive than any known Mortal battles. I admit, I yet to play Shivering Isles as Im immersed in other mods but ill get down to it soon enough so I dont really know it this would contridict the Quests and such. I know the Hungers of the Shivering isles are not Native to Sheogorath's Realm so there is already a "Invasion of sorts" by another daedric prince known as Boethiah. Idea 3: Tavern Floozey pickups. I had a dream strangely enough that I picked up a Argonian Woman oddly enough and had a scaley time. The concept is that a few dialogue lines, a few Quest markers etc and another immersive thing is happening. Idea 4: Idle markers. As seen in the Fallout 3/New Vegas GECK, I see Idle Markers whitch are used for randon Idle behavior such as scratching your butt, smoking and sweeping the floor. Is such a mod/ CS improvement possible? I am sick and tired that Idle anims are only available with AI Packages. Idea 5: Increase Legion Presence. What I mainly mean by this is that more Legion Patrols instead of a poxy 1 man on horse patrol walking in the middle of nowhere. Lets say that the one Man Horse Patrol is accompanied by atleast 1 battle mage, 1 Forrester/Archer and 2 Melee Grunt type Soldiers? And In Rare cases, you encounter a marching Army of say up to 8 or Ten NPCs marching from Town to Town to show thier Presence and letting people know they are not to be trified with. I know that Oblivion is not designed for Multi-NPCs onscreen but I have this Mod installed to counter that: Mass AI http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8158 - incase you have NPCs standing still in combat. ============= I do hope you like these ideas and atleast take One into concideration of creating. Guard overhaul eh? I dont think I have that but will check my list. The only mod I have that edits the guards I know of is Hemingway's Capes that just add excellent Capes to all the Guards in Cyrodiil depending on thier regional status. I not fully tested the Mass AI mod as of yet but it still shopws some standing still but When I change interiors, they all fight and run about again. Ill see about reading up on Wrye Bash and see if I can get the stubborn bugger to work.

I have quite a few language errors of sorts in a number of mods but I trace them down and make my own corrections in the CS, its not that difficult to do, just takes some time to trace down and bingo. -
I have been told it could be nothing to do with my mods, lists or what not, as Phitt as told me in a PM i sent to him enquireing about this bug: What Phitt Said-: "Hi! If you can have 50 NPCs on screen at once with a decent framerate then I can only congratulate you. NPCs in Oblivion are the biggest performance killers and even with my pretty good system I get a bad framerate if more than 15-20 are around. Your problem is the way Oblivion handles AI and has nothing to do with mods. There is a limit on how many NPCs Oblivion can handle at once. If the limit is exceeded the remaining NPCs will just stand there doing nothing (and eventually start to move again if they get hit). Guess Bethesda knew that their NPC AI performance was less than optimal and put a safeguard in place. There is Mass AI which is supposed to fix this problem (at the cost of performance, but if you have enough left...). I personally don't use it as I don't have more than 20 NPCs at once in my game, but I hope it works for you. I have currently 7 main companions with me, Vilja, Mondstein, Neeska and Vicona from Underdark plus the three vanilla Dark Brotherhood Murders. Ill see about loading them firstly but this happens regardless of companions or not. I have tried installing Wrye Bash but the damn thing will not start regardless of the python installation and such. Its way to technical for my tast but still I will keep trying. And yes, I have OBSE installed as its a definate must. I even have the Tes4Edit and BOSS thing to see if I can create some sort of fix in my limited knowlegde but still far from the truth I am seeking.

Hello can I ask a Q. about fighting/Combat AI in Oblivion? Currently I have a ton of Mods installed , mainly mods that add castles, NPCs and added creatures to leveled lists aswell as quite a few custom Quests, weapon and armor packs and Races. Some mods are infacted merged to counter-act the 255 mod limit but these are only small mods that add new abodes, houses, weapons etc and no new worlds etc as I keep them apart. Anyway, Would a large about of Mods that add new AI packages such as Elswyer, Valenwood, underdark, and mods that add NPCs such as Crouded Cities affect Combat AI? I do understand the Oblivion Engine was not designed for large scale combat but my Cou is more than capable of running at ultra specs aswell as up to 50 NPCs on screen. ==My Current Problem== In game right now, when I ever come across an enermy regardless of what it is, my companions and the Enermies stand there and stare at each other but those who have ranged spells and bows still attack with ranged weapons. When a NPC is close to another within melee distance, they do attack them and only move when doing a charge attack. In Fallout 3 and New Vegas I have no problem with NPC AI battles tho tht was more designed for large scale fights. Is there a mod that forces NPCs to fight or move about reguardless of the game engine as I understand that there is quite a few mods that add new AI packages via a Script extender or something that does not touch the base Game itself? I hope anyhbody is able to help me and I am sorry if you would not have a clue. Thank you. ~Draken
