F12 is the method used by the STEAM overlay. In steam, enable the overlay and the photo options. I'm sure there is help on that through steam. The F12 stores the photo as jpg and is good size for web. It's location on your computer is in steam user files I think but not sure exact location. Using PRTSCR saves bmp file to main directory but you can add line in skyrim.ini file to send to a directory : [Display] sScreenShotBaseName=Pics\ScreenShot_ and in skyrimprefs.ini add : [Display] iScreenShotIndex=1 You will have to edit bmp in photo program to shrink file size and save as jpg for web use. To tell the truth, I don't know. My problem was with only the two dogs and two death hounds. You might try looking for a way to change entire faction. ...OR maybe try curing vampire-ism (there is a quest). Or find the Vampire castle to see if they let you in???? You're right though my solution isn't practical for entire faction. Good luck, -Jebbalon

Just a follow up if anyone cares.. I found two commands that helped me fix problem.. stopcombat and setav aggression 0 after selecting actor. They stopped and didn't attack again. We'll see if the dogs bite me when I return tonight. -Jebbalon

With over 2000 hours playing Skyrim (according to Steam) I learned many things and experienced many issues that I've seen others have on this forum. Thanks to the community for the help even if you didn't know you were a help. 1 - CTD's are most often an issue related to the graphics card memory being overloaded. Check your VRAM and if under 1G think twice about all the high resolution textures your mods are loading. Lots of mods have medium or low res options. 2 - Hanging in Skyrim I learned can be an overload issue as well. Not with textures or VRAM however. The overload occurs in the scripting system known as Papyrus. If you have mods that add scripts to the game (which many of them do) have a look at this CK page http://www.creationkit.com/INI_Settings_(Papyrus) and try changing the times and memory allocations. Basically the default settings are not enough to run even a few heavily scripted mods. 3 - The load order issue - I have learned much about this. In order of my usage for skyrim: Steam Workshop, Nexus Mod Manager, BOSS, Wrye Bash, Mod Organizer. All very good tools that I used for managing my mods in Skyrim. More than just using them I learned how the load order worked. I now use Mod Organizer exclusively. No BOSS ordering which only alters esps not install order or bsa order. No Bash patch. No unknown file structure in NMM. Mod Organizer does things... different. Check it out, learn it, use it. It's fun to play around with mods and learn new stuff. Skyrim is fun too! -Jebbalon

Bran / Sceolang and CuSith / Garmr all attack me on sight. The Dawnguards are fine with me until the dogs attack me and running past Isran they side with dogs. The vampires in castle don't seem to care that Serana kills the death hounds that are attacking me. So my question is how can I change the dog/deathhound faction so that they don't attack me? As for how this happened I have one theory - I killed a forest dragon (from Deadly Dragons 5.0) in Eastmarch that used call animal effect similar to spriggan but much more powerful. That was shortly before going to dawnguard to begin those quests where I was attacked by the dogs. Other than that I have no clue. Thanks, -Jebbalon
