  1. Not a stealth mod, I mean so you can't see your cat. You can still control movement and activity of it but you can't see it. That way it serves as a first person view from the game's original viewing height from the ground. And it hides the cat from view for a more immersive first person view experience. I know there's a first person view mod on Nexus but you're down so low at the cat's eye level that the ground and objects near the ground are too blurry. A downside to the mod request is movement would be awkward and tricky but it's not intended to be used in combat. Just for during casual exploration. Like the Witcher 3 mod that adds a command to enter on the command line that makes your third person character not visible.
  2. So I guess a reshade mod can make the distance look better? Not as a real draw distance mod but a reshade uses sharpening and color changes to make it appear like it has more detail. Which I'm ok with until a draw distance mod comes out.
  3. I'd like to find out where the snakes are so I can look at them. And i hope the mod is created for others. Then all can have the choice to install it or not.
  4. There was one in the past but it was deleted for some reason. Like to see another one so when I reload a save all the loot I took does not respawn. It makes the outdoor scenery look better to me when those piles of ore or metals loot are not present.
  5. That's with ray tracing on. If anyone sees a tiny difference in the overall brightness. Not a big deal, it's just someone on another site said it's just a wee bit less brilliant in default brightness.
  6. This will remove them, a Nexus mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/555?tab=description Use the first file All Hud Markers Removed to remove the yellow markers and some other Hud items. The other one, Hud Marker Remover has the yellow markers. The No Crouch file removes the red crouch icon and the red triangle from the lower right of the screen.
  7. So that NPCs don't react to you or don't attack. If this helps here's the debug console command to make player invisible: Game.TestForcePlayerInvisible(1) Not sure if it can assist in creating the mod. It can be entered on the command line every time you load a save or enter the game and it works. edit - But a mod with a toggle key would make it much easier instead of having to type in the whole line each time a save is loaded.
  8. For when you want to explore without looking at bodies laying around. And for cleaner looking screenshots. Also if the blood on the ground under them could be removed, I know that's probably going too far to ask.
  9. The slightly darker fading at the bottom edge kind of spoils the view. So would be great if it got taken out in a reshade or other mod.
  10. I have other graphics mods installed like HD Reworked Project, Phoenix Lighting Mod, a couple LOD mods, a 4k cloud mod and more but no reshade yet. And it looks very good. So am I missing anything by never having used a reshade in Witcher 3? Which brings the question: based on the mods I listed and that I'm willing to try reshades with a more colorful look and ones geared toward vanilla colors which ones are the best? I don't think I would like the somber colored reshades or the overly saturated ones from looking at videos and sreenshots. But i do like a bit of saturation in colors sometimes. I know i can simply switch between reshades when I want to.
  11. I'm not into the missions and story as much as I should be. I'm more for the environment which is another way of saying the graphics. And there are a few graphics issues I have with the original game. So I get mods that improve that. But that's my opinion as to what's a visual improvement. Some users like the original graphics more.
  12. I think it would be an option to enhance first person view. The way it is it's more realistic, I can understand that. But sometimes the feet and hands interfere with the view of the nice things when looking down like water, plants, floors, tables, all sorts of things.
  13. Or the Northern Lights. Would look nice at night right? Skyrim has them with and without modding. So sounds like there's a way to make them for KCD.
  14. Or so I assume it would make nights darker. I hope so. I think others would also wish the moon would hurry up and set or just go away so the night stars can shine more brilliantly. Other times it's appropriate of course to admire the moon at night. I'd just like an extra moon option, no moon. Maybe even a toggle.
  15. I understand the need for realism with head bob. But sometimes I like to view the scenery without the rocking back and forth effect.
  16. I think I'd like to have the in game music keep playing with no interludes of silence. I understand the few minutes of no music can provide an artistic moment of quiet in between sets of musical scores. But sometimes I'd like it to play continuously.
  17. The footstep sounds during casual walks in the forest can get annoying to me. If anyone can make a toggle for it or if necessary settle for a permanent off. And anyway the footsteps tend to sound a bit too consistently loud.
  18. A cloudless sky at night would give an extra viewing option: a clear night sky that allows the stars to be brighter than in a cloudy sky. The way it is now is good and the clouds part sometimes for the stars to shine brightly between the clouds. And the clouds passing over the stars is a cool effect. But having a cloud free night sky would be an added option for the viewing tastes of many players imo. It could be a weather mod, or a toggle off/on or other means. I may not prefer a cloudless daytime sky but the option for a cloudless night sky is something I look forward to. Maybe there's a place or time in the game now where I can find it, someone let me know if it's there now somewhere on the map.
  19. god() may be another one that works that's not on your list.
  20. Some players including me have been earnestly trying out first person view mods like Absolute Camera and Skacik's mod. But doesn't "hideplayer" without the quotes in the console command line work just fine for it? Seems ok for exploration. Maybe someone can try it for extensive combat. Ok for some the hideplayer command will not get rid of the neck nape or hood from what I've read. And of course that would ruin any first person view. But my Geralt player completely disappears with the command and there's no neck clothing or hood or cape or anything left over. So I guess I'm lucky in that regard. I haven't tried hideplayer with other characters yet.
  21. It's not a mod in the normal sense of creating a mod. It's using two exisitng first person mods together with no coding added or changed, the First Person Mode mod by skacikpl and Absolute Camera mod. It gives you first person view, not noticed by mobs, and much easier movement controls than with skacikpl's mod. The workaround in the title is a workaround for the difficult movement in skacikpl's mod. Skacikpl's mod provides the no detection portion. And Absolute Camera mod provides first person and much easier movement although still a little awkward. And it mouse pans all around 360 degrees, not limited to about 180 degrees as in skacikpl's mod. The short version of how to achieve all that is simply load a save, use skacikpl's mod, save the game as a new save, load the new save, and use the Absolute Camera mod. But the long version helps more so: First install both mods. I installed Absolute Camera first then First Person Mode by skacikpl. Then load a saved game, go in first person in skacikpl's mod. Then go in no detection mode with skacikpl's mod. Save the game as a new save. Then reolad that saved game and use Absolute Camera mod to go into a first person mode. It moves the camera up and forward a bit, so it simulates a first person view. In the Absolute Camera menus to get first person set Camera Mode to Normal, Y=4 and Z=1 and X=0 in the section for exploration. Now you can play in first person with better controls and no detection by enemies (they don't attack.) Apparently the no detection portion of skacikpl's mod carries over to the loaded save even though the first person view portion does not. It doesn't work automatically after exiting the game and reloading the save. So you have to repeat the steps each time you enter the game. The controls for first person in the Absolute Camera mod are a little awkward but not nearly as difficult as in skacikpl's mod. Also the camera may be a little too high for some players in the Absolute Camera mod when in first person. If someone can try this and verify the features mentioned. I just found out about it by accident a few hours ago. 22. Well texture seams are in just about every game. But imo there are too many of them in Skyrim and SE. Is there any hope to get rid of most of them or is it just a part of life in this game? Witcher 3 smooths out texture transitions more than other games I think. The link at the bottom addresses some of them but what about the more serious seams such as where two different snow textures meet? And plenty of other hard lines separating rocks from ground textures and so on. Aside from that I like the graphics a lot the modded Skyrim. You could put small bushes along the seams but that only works so far. It can wind up looking like lines of bushes if you're not clever with the design. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/66245/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D66245%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D2889929&pUp=1
  23. How about if I thought discussing graphics is the most important part of the game to me? Like on the forums, all the posting of our opinions and help concerning graphics. Would that still make me an idiot? I didn't say graphics is the most important part of the game. I haven't said that yet that is. I just said what if the sharing of ideas and discussion of graphics is the most important part.
