So after the new update I tried to load one of my saves and it crashes after I try to load it. The ctd happens as soon as I comfirm the load. So, I updated SKSE, any mods that I'm using, everything else I could think of. And it still does the same thing. After all that I figure maybe I just have to start over, whatever. I try to start a new game and it confirms it and the menu vanishes but then it just sits there with the dragon symbol and playing music on a loop infinitly... What am I missing? (also, if there's a way to post my load order and all that let me know cuz I'm sure that would help) Edit: ok so I ran the TES5edit test and it came up with this; [59:00] Background Loader: starting... Any ideas?

ok, so with this new update hitting and messing with mods, is there any way to check and see what mods it messes up besides just running into them in-game? I'm a player with over 100+ mods running and I really don't want to have to blaze through the game just to find a few hiccups. Thanks for any help. :)

I was wondering if anyone would know of an easy way to combine multiple skin textures for unp to get a desired look. What I'm trying to do is combine a vein, tan line, freckle, and my current texture into one sot that it will have all those features in one skin texture. If anyone knows of an easy solution or a mod that does this I would be greatful. Thanks.

So I've been playing around adding some armor into the game using the creation kit and some of the armors will have a rusty texture on them in the kit and at the crafting table. When the armor is equipped the rusty texture isn't there but there is no texture at all. I'm not sure how to fix this, if anyone knows how please help.

Can't find the mod that uses the script extender to remember the armor/clothing you are wearing when you enter towns/water. Anyone know the mod I'm looking for?

Hi all, I've done some searching and haven't come up with anything I like atm. I'm looking for clothing that has under boob showing. Basically it covers the top of the breasts but the under side are revealed. Nipples covered please. Also, if anyone knows of armor or mods that is similar to the style of the game Bayonetta or something that is magic rune heavy would be nice. I've looked, didn't find much and figured this would be the best place to ask since most of you are well versed in mod knowledge. Thanks.

not absolutely certain but I think its the body mesh and texture conflict. Something to do with CBBE and compatible textures. Hope that helps.

Ok, so I'm playing skyrim and enemies are not taking damage. Well, they do but only after I've been attacking them for extended periods of time. After a while of being invincible they will suddenly take damage like normal. Its happening with bandits, ghosts, soldiers, etc. Seems like its only humanoids. I gain exp. from attacking them and everything but just seems like their health wont move. Any Ideas? Thanks for the help.

A set of hoods for the player that are down and scrunched up would be nice. People wear hoodies all the time but most of the time the hood is down, don't see why every hood in skyrim has to be up. Just an idea thanks.

So my water sources are very bright at night if they are far away. I'm using sharpshooter's ENB mod but don't think its that. Any Ideas? Link to the image ---> Why are you so bright

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how to get items into my game. I've used the ck enough to know the basics and I've searched the forums for some time to find an answer but no luck. I just need help placing an item into the game to be forge-able. I don't need it placed in the game anywhere just so that I can forge it. I have the meshes and textures down, all I need to know is how to place that armor into the ck and then make it craft-able. I know I have to place it in data the meshes and textures but thats about as far as I get. Thanks for the help.

there is a mod out there that makes the npcs stop commenting on you being naked. I know its not what your looking for but it may be an alternative. Found somewhere on the nexus I believe.

Hi all. Just curious about something I've noticed lately. Why doesn't the mod community add things from DLC to the vanilla game? I have skyrim for both the 360 and PC and I always buy the DLC asap when it hits the console but I usually don't on PC due to two things; 1. I already bought it on 360 and 2. I have tons of mods on the PC to keep me busy and improve the game. Console doesn't have that option so DLC is the only way to change it up after so long. What am I getting at? Well, an example would be crossbows. Why hasn't anyone added crossbows to the vanilla game? Can't the modding community find the files in the DLC and just build their own mod off of that and then make a crossbow for vanilla that is nearly the same as the DLC? I see dragon bone weapons added, water walking (upcoming DLC), and other types of things. Why not? NOTE: I'm just curious, I've looked and couldn't find anything so I just figured I'd ask. Ok, so hopefully these will be my last questions. I feel like I'm starting to be a bother :sweat: 1. Why would I need more power for the 650 ti than the 7750? This page says that the 7750 only needs 400 watt and this page says that the 650 ti only needs 400 watt. So, with them being equal in power needs wouldn't it make sense that if one would work the other would too. I'm just curious as what makes the difference. 2. If I get the 650 ti I am planning on getting this power supply. Will that be ok? 3. Whats the difference in these 2 cards and would the more expensive be worth it? card1 card2 I really appreciate the time you guys are taking to help me. I'm a poor college kid and just don't have the knowledge I need for this kinda thing. I think the above will work but I just don't want to spend that kinda money and then be out.

What about this card: GTX 650 TI 2 GB Would that work better? and with my current Power supply or is the 7750 still the better option? the chart above shows it at 40% better than HD 7750. I think that would make a difference and it says its only 400 watt like the 7750 so less power needed plus the 40% looks good, but I'm not that tech smart when it comes to some of this stuff and want to know if that'll work with the humble rig I have or more upgrades are required. Ok so I started playing skyrim and the computer I have just isn't cutting it. More to the point the graphics card is complete crap. My budget isn't huge but I want the game to look good and preform well too. This is the PC I have: PC link Interior Pic of PC from a random person: PC Guts I would like to use the GTX 550 Ti 2GB GDDR5: Graphics Card I know I need a better power supply cuz the one I have is only 300 watt and the card needs like 400 watt at least. I saw this one: Cheaper Supply But am willing to go with this one: Alt Supply What I would like to know before spending the money is this; Would this card and either of those power supplies work together? If not what power supply would be necessary? (if 500 watt isn't enough or those particular supplies don't work with that card). I really want to be able to run the game smoothly while maintaining decent graphics. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. :thumbsup:
