  1. Apparently, it's a mod issue. Now I have to wait for the update. But hey, at least the Creation Club is up to date!
  2. Also, I have not changed any groups. This was working before the last Vortex update. I hadn't changed any rules regarding these mods since then.
  3. Strangely, the AnnaNPCs-Meadery-Undeath-Patch.esp doesn't require Undeath. It just moves the Meadery to a location where it won't interfere with Undeath. I use it so the meadery won't interfere with Moon and Star. And yes, the patch is supposed to load after AnnaNPC. But Vortex keeps saying there is a rule to load it before AnnaNPC, even if I remove -all- rules regarding any of the Anna's mods.

  5. I am using the latest version of Vortex, Windows 10, 32 gb ram, latest Skyrim version. I have the Anna's NPCs mod, with the Undeath-Meadery Patch. Vortex consistently tells me that I have circular rules between these two mods. "Cyclic interaction detected: AnnaNPCs.esp –[Master]-> AnnaNPCs-Meader-Undeath-Patch.esp –[Master Flag]-> AnnaNPCs.esp" I have removed all rules regarding these mods, and any other Anna's NPCs mods. I have reset these rules so that AnnaNPCs is loaded first. I have reset these rules so that AnnaNPCs is loaded last. I have redownloaded and reinstalled both mods. I have spent two hours doing this, to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?
  6. So, I literally went through every download I have from the Nexus, and I have downloaded no mods that have the Bosmer.esp... WTF?!? A file I never downloaded was in my load order? And now it's gone, and its loss is disrupting my whole game?
  7. bosmer.esp The weirdest part is, it was only in 6 of my saves, from 9 to 11 pm last night... The last plugin I installed was at 3 pm yesterday afternoon. I have no idea where the plugin even came from. Now, my VIS tags are gone from almost everything in the game. I am rebuilding my bash patch now, to see if they come back. Strangest error ever...
  8. Update: As a result of this esp being removed, I cannot use wryebash, and have to force-close it. It keeps popping up a warning that the esp has been removed.
  9. So, I logged off Skyrim SE last nighty, with no issues. Came back today to start my game, and an ESP was missing. Can't find it anywhere in my folders. Told Vortex to Restore Save Game Plugins, and got the message "Some plugins are missing and can't be enabled." I'm hundreds of hours into a game, and a plugin is pulled? Removing mods during play is bad practice, and ruins saves. Why would Vortex do this?
  10. So, I have been trying to get a pair of mods to work together. From Piers of the Commonwealth, there are two ESPs. Each converts a section of the Waterfront piers to settlements. I can use the two mods together without issue. However, if I try to combine the two mods in FO4Edit, there is an issue. The entire Waterfront area becomes surrounded with invisible walls, i get "You Cannot Go That Way" messages, and I cannot fast travel into the area. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Also, does anyone have any ideas on how to combine such mods to avoid the issue in the first place?
  11. So, currently I can find two mods that put settlements at Easy Cit Downs. One was made using FO4Edit, and doesn't have settler functionality. The other clears off pretty much everything that is at Easy City Downs, down to the bare dirt. Has anyone thought of just putting a Workbench there, and setting it up so that, after killing the raiders/Triggermen there, you can just use the existing settlement as a player settlement? Seems like a good place for one, especially if it encompasses that whole track, the betting/dining area, and the stands. Just a thought, but I would love to see it implemented.
  12. I was thinking that it was only an ESP, because you had to have New Vegas, and extract and move all the meshes and textures yourself. If it did contain any meshes/textures from New Vegas, that's understandable.

Just trying to find out if it was in violation of some kind, since I cannot find any reference to mods that contain no assets, only ESPs, except for this from Micalove: "you can just supply ESP's not raw assets". "New Vegas Weapons Rebalanced-18442-1-35" and "New Vegas Items-18442-1-17" Any ideas?
  14. Looking for a mod that gives info similar to Mfg COnsole. When I clicked on an item in the console, it told me what mod it was from, etc, whenever I clicked the Tab key. I had it in my load order, but have not been able to figure out which mod it is... Any ideas?

Mods like Convenient Horse Herding (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26704) and Camping Kit of the Northern Ranger (CKNR; http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10573) have placeable, dynamic map markers. They can be placed, removed, and replaced anywhere. However, each mod only comes with 1 marker, and, at least with CKNR, multiple copies of the camping kit will not work. What I'd like to see are a set of such map markers, perahaps set up to number themselves, such a "Marker 1", "Marker 2", etc... Or, if this is not possible, then a set of such markers, maybe 6 or 8, to allow Fast Travel to places that don't normally have their own marker. They could be made to look like flags or banners, or something similar. If I could run Skyrim past level 18 with the Ck installed, I might try and make these myself, but since the HelgenRandomSoundScript.PSC keeps crashing my game between levels 17 to 20, I'm hoping someone with more skill than I could tackle this. Thanks for your consideration.
  16. Gave up, unpacked the original mesh from the BSA. Somehow the order of parts for the mesh are different between the original and the Type 6 replacer, so the replaced textures are being applied to the wrong part. I have no idea how to fix this, and since I get only views with no replies, I have no hope.
  17. So, I have a combined mod for most of the armor in my game, to keep my load order down. It has been working for 180+ hours. I found a mod (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=17424) with some great meshes, including a new female version of the Merc Grunt outfit. Part of my combined mod includes the Diversified Wasteland Clothing (DWC) textures for the Merc Grunt outfit, and all my other Type 6 armor mods were merged into the combined mod (Armor Combo). I placed the new mesh in my mesh folder, and replaced the old female mesh with it, no problem. When I play, however, the textures from DWC don't show up. I checked my Armor Combo mod, and the textures were not listed for any of the Merc Grunt outfits. Simple enough to fix, right? I went into the GECK and added the textures back to the outfits, and they look great in the preview. Checked them in game, and no luck. Went back to the GECK, and couldn't find the changes I'd made. Odd... Changed it again, saving after every change. Checked them before I closed, and they all looked fine. Closed the GECK after saving one last time, and it hung a bit on close. Made me suspicious. I tried to load the mod back into the GECK, and now it won't start. Any ideas? I'd really like to use this mesh and these textures together...
  18. Found it, using the "remove all perks, then add them one by one till you crash" method. It the perk "Microsensor Expert" from Dree Perks Anchorage. I'm going to go let the author know. As for the Karma thing, it also seems to be from a perk, but I wasn't as worried about that one, so I forgot to note which one.
  19. Update: It's a perk. Not sure which Perk, yet, as I made a combined version of the perk packs I downloaded to trim my load order. Not sure why it waited for 160 hours to decide to start doing this, unless it's just the last perk I picked out. I disabled my combined version, and enabled the separate perk packs, and the problem vanished, so it has to be a perk I picked from one of the packs, but I have no idea which one. Arghh! If anyone knows a code I can use to just give myself perk points, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I will have to get all of the perk codes and try them 1 by 1, which is damned tedious.
  20. So, I can't for the life of me figure this one out. About two hours ago, I started getting CTD every time I shoot a robot. For some time, I have been losing Karma when I kill robots, which I also though strange, but now I am in Mothership Zeta and can't shoot any of the drones without a CTD. BTW, the crashing thing started before I got to Zeta. Anybody else have this problem, and any idea what caused it?

  22. I have Kazas Interiors Northwest Seneca (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7809), and Combined Shopping-Spree (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5822). Each uses the same door in Northwest Seneca. If someone could point me to a resource that explains to noobs how to move a door in a mod using the GECk, I would appreciate it greatly. Alternatively, if some enterprising modder would move that door, you would have my eternal gratitude. Thanks for your time.
