If you agreed to someone's TOS, then that is your own fault. You openly agreed to it.

It is signed to your account. You can't transfer it unless you give him your steam account.

after steam rapepatch my game i cant even load the save all my mods seem to crash it and even w/o them my game wont load .i did everything i can including reinstall the game like 5 times at this point i;m clueless about what to do now my game which i love btw is totaly broken anybody plz help . if i own the game i think being able to play it should be a given no? it crashes when i try to load my saves no error just ctd i dont use the 4 gb thing anymore cause then it wont start at all. exuse my english plz and .
My suggestion would be to open a steam support ticket, they usually get back with in a day or two.

I can give you one, but like I said before, the chances of winning something on there are really low. Especially because the system doesn't work on anything other than people doing absolutely nothing.

I am trying to figure out how it is that I am supposed to create a playable version of a weapon that I only have the .nif for. I have everything that will allow the weapons to appear as they should in-game, except for the first person objects. They look fine and dandy sitting on the ground and all, but I would like to know how it is that it would look the same in my characters hands. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :thumbsup: Thank you!

Well, if you are trying to attract people, I would suggest making a bit of a shorter description. If the description is more along the lines of saying you want something like this(insert base of what you want here), but I did want to make things a bit more complex than that.(emphasis on "bit" :biggrin:) Just a bit of a suggestion, most internet users get bored quickly and if something is too strenuous for them, they won't do it haha. Again, sorry for not reading the whole thing to begin with.

So I just beat Deus Ex Human Revolution two days ago and was wondering if someone could do a mod on it. What I was thinking was a clothing/armor mod. So someone makes the two separate armors, the coat outfit and the combat harness and then the mechanical arms and legs. The glasses are a separate piece of clothing. Maybe a hotkeyed switching option to switch between the closed glasses and the open glasses. The blades that Adam Jensen uses in the game would probably be pretty easy to make. Just the blade mesh rigged to the powerfist animation to get the stabbing action and one rigged to the unarmed or melee animations. The weapons from the game don't have to be made, but would be a welcome addition. The animations don't have to match the ones in the game, but I have seen modders create their own reload animations. (An example escapes me, but I have seen them.) The main priority would be the arms, the coat and the glasses, then the combat harness and the weapons. If someone were to expand the mod, then maybe you cold convert the NV Clinic to a L.I.M.B. Clinic and they sell praxis kits that give you a menu to upgrade various abilities like jumping, carrying capacity, unarmed skill (or melee I suppose), turning invisible, increasing the sneak skill, your science skill (hacking), and things that mimic the game. Maybe, if someone wanted to go completly over the top, the could have the story split shrtly after the end of DE3, and the fallout history starts. (If the story were to really fit, then 200 years earlier, nano augs would be in style at the time. But I like mechanical augs better.) Maybe there's a separate landmass in Detroit, with all of the things in the game, like the Sarif Building, Chiron Building and other things but ravaged by the wastes. Been awhile since I played minecraft. I don't even have it installed on my new PC yet. The weather included on a previous patch made the game completely unstable and get lower FPS on my older rig, shouldn't any problems running it on my new PC though.
Any reason to upgrade to 1.8? I'm one of those who waits for all the mods I use to get updated before I go to the new update.
1.8 pretty much altered the game in a ridiculous amount of ways. New biomes, improved survival, sprint, CREATIVE MODE, etc. A decent amount of mods have updated since then. Bukkit works now if you use server mods, my friend must have at least 6 going right now(6 mods not servers :tongue:). I would recommend upgrading haha.

I have just started playing minecraft 1.8 version and i see that there is experience added ... Frankly i don't have problem with that but it get's really annoying when someone kills me and i totally lag out from all that exp. and i don't even know what is that exp for!? Am i getting older by getting exp? Am i getting stronger? I don't get it... Anyone?
P.S. Is there some good non-pvp server? :) Thanks!

My friend has a good non-pvp server going atm. It randomly has downtime unfortunately, but all in all it is very good. We have multiple maps running at once in order for people to play creative or survival. For the xp, it currently has no purpose. Supposedly, when 1.10 (yes it isn't going to 2 for some reason) it should have a purpose. Until that point, just ignore it.

if you were to make it an equipable armor item, then yes. It would have no purpose as a weapon though. I am pretty sure it gets a bit more technical whereas i have never tried it, but i would imagine it could work.

From time to time my screen suddenly loses colour and turns black and white! Reloading doesn't seem to help, as it turns black-and-white again within a few seconds. Is this happening to anybody else?
Edit: Using windows XP, Nvidia, 1600x900 screen, Large Goodsprings Player Home.

Doesn't look like black/white. Looks more blue, I haven't played new vegas in a while but i'm pretty sure that is a screen effect that can be activated because your hud still has color. I am going to assume it was an error with a mod or something. Never heard of this issue, but I will look into it.
EDIT: Also, are you playing on hardcore?
