yeah I think I have the wrong one as I see a Crashfix.ini but its like the size of the dictionary so I will DL this one now

I dont see the line UseOSAllocaors so where should I add the line under?

I have had the unofficial patches in the past and they didn't sort my problem and I have the dragon DLC I just haven't re installed it also yes I am using crash fixes and ENBoost I also cant uninstall safety load as when I do the game will not load at all no matter how I launch it which is odd

So there is two texture mods i would love to make but i don't know how to mod fallout 4 i have only done simple edits to textures for the witcher 3 for my own fun because they were ease to do but for fallout i would like ether help figuring out how to edit the clothes and power armor textures or for a rely nice guy/gal to just do two texture edits for me all i would like to have in my game is a T-60 or T-45 skin with Assassin's creed symbols on it and for a clean minutemen generals outfit with an assassin symbol on the back and turn the pirate like hat to a light brown. rough picture idea .jpg image below. I would be rely grateful to anyone who could help me out or sort me out with a texture mod
